Excellent Service. I requested a slower delivery option but they phoned me up to arrange a Saturday delivery to save a very high value item sitting around in delivery warehouses for long periods of time. (Not charging extra money). Where some companies don't bother to answer the phone, these guys actually pro-actively contacted me to help me out. The amplifier was in perfect condition and packaged well.

Product was as described, arrived on time and in very good condition. Customer service is excellent every occasion I have used Mann's music. Very satisfied with purchase.

After 10 months my Fender guitar case zip failed. I contacted Mann's and had a great reception. They immediately ordered a replacement which arrived in a few days. I am very satisfied with this service.

Best price, fast delivery and the item was as described. What more could you want? Well, when they say in stock it is. Some other large sellers say it’s in stock, but they mean with their supplier, and then you are waiting for weeks for something you expected tomorrow. If there was a branch locally I would go and buy!

I've never been contacted so much by a stranger. I was struggling to make a purchase with a brand new credit card, and after several failures I started over with a freshly re-registered card. 2 days later my desired item was in my hands.
