Recently ordered a fender affinity pack for my daughter. The price for this particular model in candy red was the cheapest available. Called in the morning and was assured it would be on a next day delivery. Ordered online and was emailed with updates for tracking etc although Gmail was receiving them in spam (not Manns fault). Guitar arrived safely the following afternoon. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

Went to Mann’s because of an excellent price on the Blackstar amp and powerbank that I was after. Spoke with Tim a couple of times as not everything in stock. Despite this he bent over backwards to let me order online and did exactly what he said, holding the order until everything was present, then just the one delivery charge. Could ask no more …….

I’ve not used Mann’s for many years. As well as the music purchased online I have also recently purchased a digital piano. I visited the shop by appointment, all very COVID safe. They understood what I was after, a very pleasant experience. Delivery was first class.

Customer Service as it should be! Spent over an hour at the shop yesterday morning chatting to the great Alex & Jake about options for Saxaphone & Flute for my kids, nothing was too much trouble, they took as much time as was needed to talk us through the options, no pressure or 'sales' talk, just good old fashioned advice from two guys that clearly knew their stuff.
