I have recently purchased 2 gig bags for my Cordoba ukuleles with embroidered logos these are excellent quality and really thick protective padding. These were the best price I could find and the delivery was next day excellent service

I needed an unobtrusive “pick up and play” bass guitar. Bass ukuleles made sense, as did the few short scale acoustic bass guitars that are out there. I wanted metal strings rather than rubber, so took the plunge with a Cordoba Mini II Bass. With a great many thanks, Mann’s price, availability and service was exceptional in getting the instrument to me, especially considering that we were still in lockdown due to Covid. And the Cordoba Mini II Bass? It gets better every time I play. It’s so light and has a beautiful classical guitar resonance. I honestly can’t believe how good the thing is... Great stuff all round!

With two children that play two string instruments, before and during the lockdown, Manns music has been such a blessing. The staff there are helpful and kind. If they can't fix something, they will signpost according. Today, my son's viola string was adjusted by them. Purchased a left handed Jazzmaster, which I am extremely happy with. For a relatively cheap guitar it sounds amazing and the price was great in comparison to the larger online guitar retailers (who also had long waits on delivery dates). I'll definitely be using Mann's music again the next time I'm looking for guitar related stuff online and the main reason is their approachability if you have any questions. The advice I received was knowledgeable, unbiased and clearly not based around getting me to purchase something. Delivery speed was fast and I even received an email follow up to check I'd received the card left by the delivery driver. Proper customer service is a rare thing nowadays but you'll find it here, a real shame they're not my local guitar shop!

Purchased a Yamaha FG820, best price I could find anywhere online. I had recently returned a similar item to Guitar Guitar due to a fault so I called Mann’s for some assurance that the item was in perfect condition. I received the guitar within 24hours with no issues. Great service, would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Good service but the delivery charges to the Highlands are very unfair. A small parcel charged at £20 was very excessive. Post Office would have been under £5, so not very happy with that. Hope this is addressed for future charges.

The Fender 60s Thinline Telecaster that I ordered from Mann’s was delivered faster than I expected which was great! The last time I bought a Fender was a Stratocaster in 1979 for £330! At the time everyone told me that 60s Fenders were better, so I thought this would be a good way of finding out! The Stratocaster is too heavy for me now, the Thinline is lighter and nicely balanced so I can play on the settee without bothering to plug it in! It is a beautiful guitar, excellent quality with a vintage Fender sound, not twangy unless you want it to be. Good for song writing, excellent all round guitar. I wish I hadn’t left it 42 years to buy another one!
