Recently bought a Cordoba mini bass via Mann's. They were the best priced website and offered the quickest and best value delivery service. The guitar was extremely well packaged and suffered no damage during transit. I had a small issue with delivery and Mann's offered a great response so I can also recommend their customer service.

Mann’s is a great shop - one of the few true music shops left. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and obviously is passionate about music and promoting music in the community. I just hope that Mann’s carries on as times have been hard!

I ordered my amp on the recommendation of my son in law, who also has one. I put the wrong day on the request and was immensely pleased when Manns rang to confirm, and actually changed the delivery day to a more suitable one. This all worked well and it arrived, very well packed and secure. Opening it I found it easy to get going and the quick start instructions were perfect. As I am a learner on the guitar, I haven't been able to explore all aspects of it but I am very confident it will do everything I want it to do. Ordered a Numa Compact 2X. It arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Thoroughly delighted with every aspect of this excellent keyboard. There are enough onboard sounds for my use and having the drawbars is exactly what I want plus the semi weighted Fatar TP9 keybed is ideal for me.

I was looking for a particular colour combination in a Fender American Pro P-bass and Mann's was the only shop with it in stock. I was amazed that the pricing was a bit keener than some of the bigger competitors. Because of covid this had to be click and collect so I can't comment on service but the transaction was very smooth and the guitar is beautiful!

I purchased a set of replacement Fender vintage style tuners - they were a lot cheaper that other online shops and were delivered the next day. Can't fault the service and will certainly use again in the future.

I ordered a little Ashdown practice bass amp, and not only were they the cheapest online, they also rang me the next day to check all my delivery instructions, which really impressed me. When it arrived unfortunately the amp didn’t work and had a dent in it, but this was a sealed box in good condition so they couldn’t have know about it. I rang them and they sent me the return label immediately, and chased up the Ashdown rep to make sure they send me another one straight away. The test of good customer service is not when things go right, but when things go wrong. And these guys really proved themselves. I would recommend them 100%.

I ordered a Blackstar Fly 3 Combo Acoustic Amplifier from Mann's Music just before Christmas, after a long discussion with Jake at Mann's to help me make my decision, he was very helpful and patient. They were out of stock of this item but he arranged for new stock and I received the item within a week, in time for Christmas. Jake kept me informed at all times and is a great advert for your business. I would highly recommend Mann's Music because they provide a highly personal service, like in the 'old days', but their prices are still highly competitive in the current market place.

I ordered a Blackstar amp which was delivered the next day but unfortunately didn't work at all. This was in no way the fault of Mann's, it was a brand new amp in a sealed box. I rang them up and it was collected from me the next morning and a replacement sent the following day. Very pleased with the excellent service and communication keeping me updated as to the progress. Would certainly recommend Mann's and will use them again.

They have been in the business of selling musical instruments longer than anyone else in the UK, that’s because they deliver a good service.

Bought a blackstar Jared james nichols ht20 head and matching cab. The head came with a EU 2 pin plug, not a major problem but the guys sorted it out so quickly that I had the correct 3 pin plug cable direct from Blackstar within a couple of days. Excellent customer service and by far some of the cheapest prices onine!
