Je viens d’acheter une suspension défectueuse et depuis un mois le sav me fait tourner en bourrique, me proposant de la remplacer puis me demandant de la réparer puis indiquant qu’ils ont besoin de photos supplémentaires puis que c’est le festival de la lumière et qu’ils sont débordés. Je n’en peux plus !!!!

Commande reçu avec plus de 2 mois de retard. Au moment de l'installer, l'applique en vert s'est cassée nette en deux. Le service client répond de manière épisodique et propose en tout et pour tout un bon d'achat de 10 euros.

Wykonanie i zasady chińskie. Lampy mają inne proporcje niż na zdjęciach na stronie. Chcieliśmy zwrócić, ale okazało się to niemożliwe, bo kupiliśmy 3 sztuki, a zastrzegają sobie, że wówczas zwroty są niemożliwe, bo jak nam wyjaśniono koszty inwentaryzacji oraz transportu są dla nich za duże. Na dalsze wyjaśnienia i dyskusje szkoda czasu. Z daleka!

I sent it back as one ball was smashed. They made me pay 20% “restocking” costs plus shipping costs to China. Dishonest. Do not buy if you want to have the luxury of changing your mind.

Je voulais acheter une applique, avec les échanges clients, on m’a dit que cela venait d’Allemagne, au moment de payer plusieurs choix 5 semaines ou alors moins si on payait 35€ (depuis la Chine !!!) Assez des ventes trop opaques ! J’ai abandonné

Min lampa var defekt, en arm var trasig. Har haft 20-tal mailkonversationer där de hävdar att de kan skicka reservdelar. Efter att jag inte orkat bråka mer mottogs jag reservdelar som jag hade rätt om! Det är ingen del som kan ersättas utan armen var av och det är något som är tillverkat och svetsad i fabriken. Jag fick dessutom en elektrisk stöt när jag höll på med lampan utan att ens röra själva lampan. Dålig kvalité och dålig service. Jag vill ha en ny lampa eller pengarna tillbaka men de vägrar! De skickar resverdelar som inte ens går att byta ut och har erbjudit mig 20% mot en trasig lampa som inte går att använda eller laga själv. Är så trött på detta nu.

-El producto llego tres semans mas tarde de lo anunciado en la página y con dos golpes en la plataforma. La compañía no acepta devoiluciones por golpes en el trasporte y piden un 35 % por reemplazo ademas de los costes del envioo a China. Es un fraude. Cuidado

We are very happy with our purchase from Simig Lightning. Our lamp came extremely well protected in the delivery package and the quality and color of it (forest green) is amazing. Looking forward to it adding a bit of character to our dining!

Requesting to return item and they are just being reluctant to reply, not giving me a return address. I have paid nearly £300 for this lights which I want to return, I am beyond annoyed and frustrated that they are happy to take your money and not reply to your request.

I was hesitant to buy because of reviews and thinking it might be a scam site. But my experience was positive. I received two lamps in the wrong colour. Customer service was very helpful and we found a solution. I now have the lamps in the colour I ordered, and they’re working and look great. I would buy from here again.

Unfortunately the delivery was a little slow but the customer service center informed me immediately and offered great service going forward. The looks and quality of the delivered lamp is great. Very happy with the full experience.
