After some wonderful person scraped the front of my new car, my husband suggested trying Chipex as he had used it a number of years ago. I was a bit dubious and worried I might make my scratch worse; I also felt it was pricey for something that might not do the job. Why did I worry?! Arrived quickly, very clear instructions, perfect colour match and only I can see the repair because I know where it is. Totally worth the money!! I highly recommend Chipex

Speedy delivery and excellent colour match. 1-2 coats needed to achieve a high quality finish. Really comprehensive set of instructions provided. One month on and still the exact same great finish as when initially applied. Very pleased!

Used various touch up paints before this kit is the best by far. The combined paint not requiring lacquer and small foam headed applicators together with the blending solution make the job so much easier and the results very effective.

Purchased another repair kit from Chipex for my car and again it was perfect great repair and no longer noticeable.

The paint did not match the original color, leaving my car looking even worse than before. What's more, the customer service provided by Chipex was abysmal. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I was met with excuses and a complete lack of accountability. It's clear that this company cares more about making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing the Chipex paint repair kit. It's a complete waste of money and time, and the results are far from satisfactory. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternative solutions that actually deliver on their promises. Avoid Chipex at all costs – you'll thank me later.

Absolutely can’t recommend Chipex enough. It’s not perfect and won’t fix every scratch and chip on the first go but some seem to literally disappear!

After looking at these kits for several weeks wondering how good this can be seeing all the reviews thinking its way to good to be true. However I’m glad I made the decision to go with it considering this was going to be used on a 60k new truck so was terrified. The results look amazing so easy to use and everything you need. Great kit , colour matched perfectly , easy to apply and comes with the tools to do the job. All the stone chips and scratches have disappeared so I’m really happy with the simple process and results. The instructions are easy to follow and anyone can use it.

I have left a 1 star review in February, chipex responded via the Trustpilot portal to ask me to get in touch which I did some weeks ago and *nothing* no response offer of a refund, nothing! It appears they are responding to people's reviews only to show willing but not actually bothered at all about customer service.....

Great colour match, have used on 2 vehicles with metallic paint. Edit* i only made this review as I was offered an incentive. The company since offered a measly 5% off voucher instead. Customer service is really lacking.

I have used Chipex several times over the years with no problem. However this time I ordered a kit there was no paint in it. I understand errors happen and because they have been spot on previously I emailed asking if one could be sent out and I waited several days and received no reply. I had to go through PayPal for a refund.

From website to application to colour and end result i found chipex was really easy to use with great packaging and clear instructions the kit has everything you need.

Comprehensive kit

I have used paint chip repairers in the past and have tended to go for the cheap pension type applicator which always gave me pretty poor results. The Chipex kit is more expensive but comes with all the necessary equipment and very simple instructions. I am very pleased with the end result and the colour is a perfect match. I can hardly see the repair.

I was a little bit nervous to tackle this job myself , But the easy step by step instructions were great as way the colour match. I’m really pleased with the result .
