We came across Motor Dough when looking to sell my partner's car. I'd never heard of them but decided to get a quote just to compare against another company. Then ended up selling to them and still wondering how it was so straight forward! A ten minute chat with Sam to explain what it was we had to sell and describe its condition followed by five minutes taking a few photos that he asked for was all it took to get an offer. A very reasonable offer that, frankly, can't have left them much margin. We agreed a collection time and Dean, the driver, was dead on time arriving. He gave the car an inspection, sent a few photos back for Sam to check while Dean gave the car a short test drive and that was that. The original offer was honoured and the money was in my partner's account within five minutes. Dean loaded up the car and he was good to go. Highly recommended, I'd use Motor Dough again, no question. Sam and Dean were both friendly and helpful, there was no pressure at any point and the price paid was very acceptable. We still can't quite believe how easy the whole process was and that the car is sold: a good price, no fees and the money paid before the car was taken. Can't say better than that!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We dealt with Adam, who was friendly and genuine. The car we wanted to sell had an issue, with the catalytic converter. So we explained all that, and knew this would be reflected in the price we were offered. But we were satisfied with their offer. Some companies overestimated to get you to go with them. And some are just going to rip you off! I believe motor dough were just right with our offer. As they also have to sell and make a profit. The service was completely hassle free. We was given a price, the car was collected the next day and money instantly paid into my bank before taking the car away. I would recommend them to anyone and disregard others.

Registered my interest in selling my car (because of ULEZ), received a call from Adam who explained the whole process and the price thy would give. Sent a load of photos and agreed a good price, not a constantly falling price that a lot of other car buyers were showing engineered by the ULEZ panic. Arranged the car to be collected the next day, loader came and picked it up, after a quick check that the car was the same as the photos. Got the money sent to my bank account within 10 minutes. Very good service and thanks to Adam who was in constant contact if needed. I would use Motordough again and recommend them.

Do not use this company they give you a price and then come down I'm not too right down and turn up two hours late after the time that was given no one could be bothered to let you know I have to ring them all could be with you 15 minutes so I was later still no one the knock you down by 750 what a joke

Amazing service 10/10! Rich contacted me after filling in all my details on the website and talked me through what the process would be. I got clear instructions on what photos to send and when my car would be picked up. Nathan came to pick the car up and it all want through hassle free.
