Dean was excellent from start to finish today. Picked up my old car and gave me plenty of insight into their service and how they would take it away and auction to use for parts etc. Money was transferred straight away. Service was first class.

Staff were all very lovely especially damo on the phone and Dean who came to pick up 2 cars. Couldn't fault them in anyway. Unfortunately despite paying a fortune to have my car fixed a few weeks ago, i still had to sell it and when motor dough came to collect it, they confirmed that the mechanic had ripped me off and it was still broken. Unfortunately they weren't able to offer me anywhere near what i had paid to fix it so i had to keep the car. They took the other car no problems. The staff were aware of my circumstances and couldn't have been nicer for which I am really grateful. The only thing i felt let down by was, i had advised staff on the phone that the car just doesn't feel right when driving to me and I'm sure theres a fault and he thanked me for my honesty but when i spoke to the valuer at the end, he said he had not been notified of this but i had mentioned it 3 times because i would hate to sell anyone a broken car. All in all though excellent service and lovely staff.

Super easy experience with Mark! 10/10 recommend, they actually speak to you rather than let a computer respond. In case you’re wondering for me the experience went as follows: 1- filled in their online form 2- they called me until they got a hold of me (might seem like a lot but in the end I appreciated the persistence as I was always busy when they called) 3- we agreed a price and they gave me some time to consider 4- I emailed to confirm I’d like to proceed and Mark called to go through the process and book a day for them to collect my car 5- Pickup guy arrived and took photos of the car, sent them to Motordough to review 6- Review went through and Mark called to arrange the payment. 7- Waited for payment to come through and then they took the car. Easy! Really do recommend as Mark and the team made a slightly nervous experience very simple.

First time I’ve ever had need to use such a business. Really impressed. Really friendly. Good communication. A lot done by WhatsApp so nice and simple. The overall price was fair. When they collected the car it was really professional and they went out their way to ensure it all felt trust worthy. Loaded the vehicle but didn’t go anywhere until confirmed we had money in bank. Really impressed. I loved this car and it failing the MOT has caused me grief and stress but the whole procedure has been made a lot better by motor dough. Would recommend !

The level of communication was excellent. The advisor, Richard Colborn was professional and frequently in touch via email and phone until my motor car was sold. Richard provided a realistic value for the car and explained the sale process in simple language.

Absolutely brilliant experience. So easy - I spoke to Aaron on the phone yesterday, we went through the details of the vehicle I wanted to sell. He then contacted me via WhatsApp and asked me to send detailed pictures, which I did. Less than an hour later he called me back with their offer. Within the hour we had agreed on a price and collection arranged for this morning. Dean called me ahead of arriving, right on time. He checked the car over to check it was as I had described and no surprises (top tip - save yourself any hassle and be absolutely upfront about any damage etc) and within the hour I had a exactly what Aaron had offered me yesterday in my bank account and the car was on the back of Dean’s truck. I can’t praise them both highly enough - polite, efficient and friendly. It’s so rare to be delighted by service for something like this, but I genuinely am. We’re changing another car next year and we won’t hesitate to sell to Motor Dough again. Thank you!
