We've just sold our car through MotorDough and are extremely satisfied with the service we received. After initial contact we were phoned by Aaron for details of the car including photos. We were given a price which we were satisfied with and arrangements were made for Nathan to come today to check and confirm what I'd said. Outcome was that the company were satisfied and all we had to do was wait a few minutes for the money to be paid into our bank. The car was then taken away. Much better service than from another company we had contacted previously who gave one price then dropped it by a considerable amount over a triviality I'd already told them about! We would recommend MotorDough to anyone and would certainly use them again in the future.

5stars on my original review...now...1 star...I left prescription varifocals full bottle of FcUK aftershave and a brand new charging lightning lead for my phone in the car I was told the specs were there and will be posted out and an investigation conducted about the other items....3 months later.. Nothing and now I am being ghosted...thieves are working for this company!!!

put our car details onto the Motordough website. Next morning I was contacted by Aaron, a motordough associate who took details of the car in order to give me an accurate valuation of the car. We agreed on the price and the car was taken away the next morning. The money was in my account before the pickup truck left. Service from start to finish Amazing.

Recommend a million times over! After a dreadful experience with a different company I reached out to MotorDough and it was such a painless experience! Shout out to Malcolm for his help, a really polite, friendly, helpful service from start to finish. Having called up on the Wednesday they were able to organise a free collection on Friday, and even gave a specified time slot so I wasn’t waiting round all day. From start to finish the service l got was excellent. I got my money put in bank straight away before car was took away. Was a good experience in selling my car. Sam was prompt to get back with a quote. Dean came to pick the car up , was quite swift with the process. I did settle for a slightly less value but considering the process it was ok.Money was transferred immediately. Only down side was, i was told they would inform DVLA about selling of the car and i would get an email , which didnot happen.

Having not heard of the company before, I would now absolutely recommend, totally smooth and painless process, unlike that which I’ve experienced with other companies in the past. Mark was great to deal with and talked me through the whole process. Ultimately, if you are honest and straight with them, they are the same with you. There were no attempts to change the valuation, as everything was as discussed on the phone. Spoke to Mark on Wednesday and the car was picked up on Friday, money in my account before they drove off with the car. Pleasure to deal with.

Sold my car recently to this motortrader and it was easier and infact better than any other motor trader currently out there. The process is so simple that within 30mins of them viewing my car and being offered a fair price the money was in my bank within that time period. Following death of father, needed to get car sold.Made phone call 20th July, driver came to collect 21st. Finance cleared after the weekend . Dean came to collect,inspected car,test drive completed,open and honest throughout. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Great service from start to finish! Spoke to Richard initially in regards to valuation of my car and got everything in place and then dean and ricky came to collect the vehicle, did inspection and sorted out last few bits!
