I was helped quite quickly. Once signed up and paid, it took about 5 minutes before a doctor could see me. The doctor was listening very well and giving me the advice and help I needed. I was outside the country but that was no problem for the medications. They sorted everything out with a local pharmacy for the medicines to be collected. I highly recommend this service if you are bed bound or if you have no access to a doctor at a short notice.

Quick and efficient service. Excellent advice and care was given to my poorly child, who had tonsillitis. The consultation was good value (compared with others) and we didn’t wait very long at all. When you have a poorly child on a Friday evening and little options until Monday morning, this service is an absolute godsend. Please beware that if you get a prescription you’ll need to pay for the medicine, rather than a prescription via NHS, which is subsidised. We paid £21 for the antibiotics, which would have been free via NHS. I gladly paid the money to get my little girl on the road to recovery, but worth noting that there are potentially further costs beyond the consultation.

Great service

The consultion went well. But I had to see the gp in person today to get a prescription for my eye desise. I had an eye infection chalazion and trough the video consulting I couldn't get a or the right prescription.I should have contacted them again in few days to get a referral for an eyes doctor. So maybe my suggestion is to have available an eye's doctor as well if needed. Thanks for the service. Is really good.

Perfect experience but there must be a time limit as was cut quick at end of session maybe I'm old fashioned I like not to be rushed
