Good experience - poor audio was the only problem

My experience on video doc was excellent..Short wait time to be seen.and a great help that your script sent straight to your chosen pharmacy.great communication with the doctor.I would definitely use the service again.

Efficient and timely (it was a Sunday so Monday at earliest for GP visit). Genuinely felt GP took my symptoms at face value and provided additional insight and proactive remedies. Prescription received at local pharmacy upon opening. First rate service

So quick and easy the doctor was very friendly and it was my first time using this service and he really did make me feel at ease as I was quite nervous! Doctor listened and within 20 minutes I was able to collect my priscription in my local pharmacy and I'm also a private patient meaning I've never have to spend just 30 for a consultation!! This was the most amazing service. I knew pretty much what was wrong with me as I have suffered from chest infections in the past and simply needed antibiotics. Dr was caring, efficient, and helpful. I wish I would have known that McCabes Pharmacy has a delivery service before putting in my details for boots, but I know for next time (so I won't have to leave my house or infect others).

Great service , no hassle and prescription ready when you go to pharmacy. Beneficial if you were unable to attend GP for any reason .

Easy to use and short wait time. Really helpful when you cant get an appointment with your local doctor . Some issues they can review and some they cant but this is understandable
