Great to be able to get to talk to a doc when you need to only took a half hour,trying to get a appointment to see a local gp is impossible when u need one.

I needed a sick note for work for a viral infection. Easy, quick, efficient and no waiting for an hour at the GP.

The consultation was excellent. Straight forward and easy to use, the doctor was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue is with the sending of prescriptions to the pharmacy, videoDoc use fax which many pharmacies no longer use as NHS send everything electronically. It seems strange that there is no provision for sending prescriptions electronically, fax is a very outdated system so I think in the future thus could be a real problem. Otherwise excellent service

I couldn’t get to a doctor and the video on line doc helped me. I only had to wait 15 min and the Vhi page said that was the estimated wait time
