Great service,sent all my details and recieved a call back from doctor in less than 10 minutes. Had a consultation and diagnosis fast,gave nominated pharmacy where my prescription was sent and it was there on my arrival. Would highly recommend.

Convenient, professional and easy to do. Great option for straight forward consultation. Great option for those who work during normal GP surgery hours and / or struggle to get appointments with GP.

This was the first time a I have done this and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Mooney was thorough in her questions about my medical history. I was also the first person to use this service at Matt O’Flahertys pharmacy in Galway. I was more than pleased with the efficiency and ease of the program. I was also I,was impressed with the cost and the care that the doctor and pharmacist gave me. Thank you! It saved my vacation!

Really handy and super friendly doctor.

I’m so surprised about how easy and successful this was. I have always avoided using it because I’ve heard really bad reports about other similar service offerings. I called from my bed in desperation one day and was 100% expecting to be told to just go to my GP(which was closed that day) But actually I was diagnosed and prescription sent to my pharmacy within an hour. The doctor was really lovely and professional and I will definitely use this service in the future. Great perk!

So convenient and very helpful

The overall experience was quite good as in the ease of using it the waiting time etc but the doctor basically just told me to go see an actual doctor. I had an allergic reaction but had no difficulty breathing etc. The actual doctor prescribed me a steroid which is what I thought I needed in the first place and really think the online doctor could have done the same. She really just could not wait to get me off the phone and kinda talked over me to achieve that, she was quite dismissive. I think the online doc is just a gimmick from VHI and kind of pointless if all they do is just tell you to go to an actual doctor!

They do a great job in difficult circumstances. So easy when getting a GP appt is so inconvenient. Don't have to miss work or drag kids to Dr with me

very professional

I have used the service twice and both times I found the UX of the app to have bugs or be a little clunky. There is definitely room for improvement from a technology point of view. Things like navigational issues, incorrect information showing up when making an appointment, and a wait time that was inaccurate. The service from the GP on both occasions was exceptional. I had consultations with Dr Niroshini Naidoo and Dr Anne-Marie Mooney and they were both professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
