The REIT is a great way to invest in Real Estate without the hassles of dealing with Tenants.

This is the average rating because to be honest with you, I haven't had the chance to monitor DiversyFund carefully. And that is the reason why I am investing a minimal figure only this time. But when I see that my investment with you is safe and performing very well, then I will increase it in multiple times. That's all I could say now. Good bye and thank you.

I'm disappointed with the process. I don't know where my money is invested in and I don't know who to talk to about it. I would appreciate help with this matter. I'm sorry I invested in something that I have no clue where my money is and how do I get it back.

I wish there was a more in depth explanation or intro video that showed what it is you guys too. Great concept and application though.

I think the process is easy peasy. I invested and but the only thing is I don’t know what properties my money went to. I wish there was webinars to explain exactly which property funds are invested in.

I like the option to invest however I don’t like that I can’t take my money out.

I don’t know yet because I just invested I don’t know how it goes because I only see what I invested nothing else. They do give you a chance to earn money after 5 years that’s a long time but it’s not bad. It’s awesome I love it.

I was expecting a better return than .5%. Administratively it's fine, they respond to questions and seem to appreciate their investors.

I have been reading some of the reviews and can only say those that are complaining didn't read the information before they signed up. What's wrong with a five year investment? I have one that is at 15 years now and still growing. People do your due-diligence and if you cant wait five years then go elsewhere. This is a great concept and I have invested twice so far. I do wish there was a lessor amount for recurring. Maybe a $200 - $250 amount would be easier for many people. Real-estate investing has always been a good investment.

Hi.I reviewed this fund for over a year before I felt comfortable. I am a first-time investor. The transition of money was on time without problems. I am making a decent return for my money. Very happy and will recommend. I was offered a $100 gift card as an incentive but never received 😢. Otherwise,very happy with my investment!

My overall experience with setting up my account was easy. However, I only get reports on dividends received and have to do my own research to track and keep up to date with the progress of my account.

I love it. Not much else to say.

I’m new to diversyfund BUT so far so good. I haven’t had any problems with it, the website is easy to navigate and I look forward to the next 5 yrs. Thank You Diversyfund

I gave Diversyfund $2500.00 because I wanted to get money into a REIT. After the initial investment on the second day I checked the link I had saved to my favorites and all looked good. At the end of the month I went back to my saved favorite link and was put into my email address. I thought I had been scammed so I went to the bank and closed my account because they had my bank info and I did not want to be cleaned out. Meanwhile I went on line to Diversyfund and explained my problem. They responded by explaining that the money is put in an escrow account for 5 days before being deposited in their account. After finding out what happened I reopened my account at the Bank and have been following my account with Diversyfund. I was thrown a curve when I could not retrieve the original Diversyfund link. They should have more continuity with the links they provide as I thought I had lost my money. Luckily things worked out. I am satisfied with my decision to go with Diversyfund other than the start up.
