What a horrible experience! If you are looking to diversify your portfolio, look further! I've had HUGE communication issues setting up this fund. Thank goodness I started with the least amount that could be contributed. I really regret this mess. But I have learned a lot!

Being that this is my first time experience so far I am happy with the results.

very confusing process to 1st timers due ti not wanting to invest a regular minimum set amount

Once I invested, I thought I could top up on a monthly basis say bi-monthly at 100 dollars each to increase my investment. This was not possible did not get very clear feedback. I requested my email address to be updated and this has not taken place for a long time. for some reason am not even sure which email they have on file.

I understood the investment cycle when I joined but I did not realize the money was trapped until the end. I thought if you withdrew early you would simply not make as much. I did not know you were locked in for the duration.

I just recently joined. So far, so good. I don't have any complaints. The process was quick and easy

I wanted to talk to a representative live on the phone for complete guidance on my intial investment, which I was not able to do after setting up my account. Diversfy makes communications either than emails, the app, and blogs difficult; in order to establish a more personal relationship as a consumer.

I had no clue you could not cash out for 5 years. No where did they make me aware of that before hand!!! Must have been in very small print.

Although I invested in five years, it was unclear whether dividends could be reinvested vs. receiving a check for the dividend. There should be a chat box available in case investors have questions and could get quicker answers.

No empathy WHATSOEVER regarding the situation that I explained in detail what I’m going through. Yes, I read the website. I didn’t need for you to tell me it’s posted on your website that once you have my investment I’ll most likely never see it again. There are EXCEPTIONS to every rule. If someone is being evicted from their home. EXCEPTION. Someone filed bankruptcy and is in dire need of emergency funds. EXCEPTION. Don’t tell me about the other investors blah blah. I’m going through a FINANCIAL hardship. I’m not concerned about other investors. Lesson learned. I’ll NEVER invest in a REIT again. NEVER!!!!!
