I hope that my investments will be more transparent and I had more information on the property or properties that I’m invested in. Too little information given.

Finally, I got my refund refund. I wish there account opening is much more transparent and faster.

Support is not very good. I need to speak with someone and there is only a message system. I asked a question: "Do you have a phone number where I can speak with someone?" ...and the reply was to send me to a webinar. :(

Website is not as intuitive as one would think. Not bad, but needs a little work.

Nothing has happened to my portfolio since I signed up 45 days ago. I use many other investment platforms and see daily results. I am quite disappointed that my finances do not move regularly with this investment strategy. I will stick it out to see if there are high returns, but if not, I will move my money elsewhere.

Great opportunity to get in the real estate investing game without needing a lot of money. New customer though, so i don't have feedback on returns. Was an easy and seamless process to get started through Alto. I am, however, disappointed with the interface or dashboard to access your account information. Not optimized for me to properly view on my computer. Not sure if it views better on mobile. A little frustrating to actually see the entire page, no matter how you try. Even when you maximize the entire page. Please fix @DiversyFund. So far, so good though... in it for the minimum long-haul.

I have been looking for a way to invest and expect some returns without taking major risks. Diversyfund offered me what I exactly needed in a very easy step by step process to follow. I can now lay back and just watch my investment grow. I have tried different investment tools, but they all required too much reading and some sort of indepth analysis that I didn't have time for. Diversyfund made it easy for me.

Their customer support is weak and doesn’t follow through. They don’t seem to understand basic questions at times. The dividends are poor compared to their competitors. This coupled with the inability to liquidate for at least five years results in a pretty weak product. I invested in Fundrise at the same time and have since added more funds there. They communicate better, provide better returns and the ability liquidate on a quarterly basis, if needed.

One of the best REIT or real estate investing platforms.i highly recommend for beginners.who want a hands off approach to investing in real estate.

I did not understand all the details of the investment specifically that the money can not be withdrawn for 5 years. I would not have invested had i known that.
