I found working with Dividend Finance very easy. Staff were responsive to my questions when I asked them.

Their original payment window was much easier to make additional principle payments. I'am set up for direct withdrawal from my account and it puzzles me why now I have to provide my routing and account number to make extra payments. The payment history is not in a sequential order and does not show the history from day one.

The employees I spoke with were quite helpful in assisting me in paying off our loan early. The only complaint I have is with the redo of their website. It was not obvious as to how to pay an additional amount on a particular payment, hence the calls to customer service.

I’m really enjoying the services. However, I don’t handle the finances in my household-my husband does. I want to grant him access to the billing information but the company will not work with him on this.

Dividend Finance is the best finance company we have every worked with. We thought so much of your company and the product that we referred our son and he has signed up. The one thing that would have been additionally beneficial if the product system contained a battery now that PG&E will be charging time of use high rates.

Couldn't get a hold of anyone when i needed them. Was charged before my system ever went live.

The solar system is being capped 1.84 kwh below what the system was promised as a max output. I have not been able to get answers to my questions and the sales person will not return my calls.

Dividend provided excellent service on my solar loan and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install PV solar on their house for a term that allows you to have payments comparable to what you were paying for your electricity anyway. Longer allowed term makes this possible. Don't know of any other loan company that will do that.
