United States | 11 May 2018Now that my system has been in place when there is any problems with it or problems with finances no one gets back to me regarding my questions or concerns I was told my system was down I did everything on my end I could to fix it they didn’t come out for a couple weeks later to fix it took them over a week to fix it and then I ended up with a bill that no one has agreed to help me with or has addressed.

From the initiation of the solar project, to the engineering, all necessary paperwork and permits to the installers (SEM), with no out of pocket expenses, has made this process a reality. Dividend Solar is an excellent company to work with and allows adequate time to get the tax rebates which I am planning on depositing into the loan. This will reduce our monthly payments and length of loan. It's a win-win situation for all parties involved. Thank you for your support and assistance with our financial support of our solar system , which I would like to mention, has already lowered our electric power bill from $300+ monthly to $7.89 this last month. I anticipate that as summer approaches, our electric bill should be $0.

United States | 11 May 2018The website was extremely confusing. I had to log in three times before finally getting to my "make a payment" screen. Then I would get three different amounts that I owed. It was horribly confusing. Customer Service always apologized and said they were working on it, but I finally moved my loan to another loan company. The customer service reps were very nice, but I just got tired trying to constantly figure things out.

United States | 11 May 2018my solar was not completed- I do not have the maximum use since the trees causing shading was not cut down- every attempt to reach you has failed- I mentioned the non cutting of the trees when you called for approval - you stated you were just interested in knowing whether the solar had been installed- How can the solar perform efficiently with the trees still not cut by ad energy

United States | 10 May 2018Dividend's record-keeping is poor, and when you call to ask about it; they imply that their website is perfect, and that the customer is the idiot. They will not supply warranty information, and have no clue about the installers with whom they worked, and don't care that the installers with whom they worked damaged my home. Dividend's website was difficult to traverse until they changed it. Now I can't get in at all. I'm dreading the call I'll have to make to straighten that out, but Dividend doesn't respond to e-mail, so I guess I have no choice. It just goes to show that having money makes you money - not hard work...
