United States | 22 April 2016I have 2 kindles to be repaired. Went to EVERY shop in town, but no one would touch them. My daughter told me about this place, but it is in Virginia. I live in Georgia, so I shipped my kindles to them. Fixed them and gave me a 90 warranty on them. I sent them back 2 days later with other issues and they resolved them for me. Sent them back and I'm a happy camper with the work that they done for me. Thank You RockIT Repairs for being there for me when everyone turned me away. You've won my LOYALTY FOR LIFE!!!

They have excellent customer service, a quick turnaround, and knowledgeable/expert technicians. I also love the fact that they keep constant communication with you concerning your property, they provide updates, they're able to explain to you what is wrong with your property, make you aware if there is a change in pricing and give you the option to move forward with their services or if you don't want to get it fixed.

United States | 13 March 2016To be quite honest, I had an experience I would like to forget with your company. I decided to have my phone repaired with you, but wish I hadn't. It came back to me more than a week after it was promised, and was very poorly done. There was a sticky substance all over the phone among many other things. I sent my phone because the screen was cracked, and the new screen that was put on wasn't much better. The glass was cut improperly and quite frankly looked like I could just pick it right up off the main unit of the phone had I wanted to. I called to address the repair, and was told to send it back. Hesitantly, I did. The phone came back almost the same way the second time. This time, there was MORE sticky stuff on it, and the screen looked even less attached. I called again and asked for a manager. The girl that answered the phone asked what it was regarding, almost as though she didn't want to find one for me. Furthermore, she put me on hold saying she'd look for one, and then after quite some time, the manager came to the phone. This was AFTER she told me there wasn't one available. The manager asked me if I would send it back for a third time. Once again (and at wits' end), I hesitantly put my phone back in a box and shipped it back across the country (I live in Seattle). The manager also promised me some money back and to pay for my shipping. I was never compensated for ANY of the three times in shipped my phone to you OR given any money back. Not getting any money back isn't my concern since, albeit slowly and inconviently, the service I paid for was eventually completed. It was the fact that it was promised and I never got it that was the most bothersome to me. After my phone came back to me for the third time (again later than promised) and more than a month after I shipped it to you for the first time, I ended up taking it to someone local to fix it, since the phone was in worse condition than I shipped it to you in. There was still sticky stuff all over my camera lens, and all over the back to my phone. In a last ditch effort, I left my phone with this local repair man, who said it would be done in about an hour. He asked if I'd be coming back for the phone or waiting, and I said I'd come back. I had just gotten in my car, and heard a tap on my window. It was the repair man with my phone in hand. He showed me how, after he had taken apart the phone, that there was also sticky glue all over the insides of the phone as well. He wanted me to know he couldn't do much about it, but that if it were him, he'd get get his money back from whomever it was. I also asked if it was genuine glass from the manufacturer (Samsung) like I had been told, but he said it wasn't. Once again, my repair experience was awhile ago, and while I did attempt to get my money back, and was promised at least some back, I never received that money nor was followed up with when I was told I would be. I'd like to also note that, since I'm dissatisfied enough to want not only the money back for my repair, but all the shipping costs for the three times I sent it and then some simply because my phone was never the same again. I'd even go far enough to say your company should have bought the phone from me as a result of the amount of damage that was caused. Soon after this experience, I purchased a new phone out of necessity. It was by far the worst experience I've had with ANY company. I felt as though I was lied to, cheated out of money, disrespected, and like I wasted my time. I wanted to write this review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be careful!!

United States | 31 January 2016Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Please pass on my appreciation of the work done on my computer to the tech (s), and Wade C. and Johnathan H. for the updated messages. Those were great to receive letting me know how things were progressing. I really can't say enough what a pleasant surprise, "in a good way" this was! thx prab

United States | 04 January 2016Came in when they opened in the morning. Already had a line of people. Saw me fairly quickly. Told me a price for the repair and said it should be ready by the end of the day. Price was dame as qouted and was ready at the end of the day.

United States | 30 December 2015My phone screen only took about an hour or two to get fixed. It's kind of expensive in my opinion but my screen was completely ruined and needed to be replaced so I guess the quick service and excellent customer service helped make my decision.

United States | 02 December 2015RockIt Repairs repaired my Kindle Fire after we had already taken it to a local shop that couldn't do the precision work needed. They did a wonderful job and my Kindle is working great. I was so worried that I would lose all my pictures and books, but they saved the day! Not only that, but the US mail service "misplaced" it when RockIt mailed it back to me and they continued to work with me and the postal service until it was located and returned to me. (The mail issue was totally not their fault.) I would highly recommend RockIt.

United States | 29 November 2015They do a good job of keeping you informed of the status of your repair. They even did a second repair for free when the first one didn't last. My only concern is that they can test the repair on site and it works but it doesn't last when I get it back. This has happened twice now.

United States | 29 November 2015Avoid this place at all costs. I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair after it shattered. They told me it would cost $100 but ended up paying $115. They gave me the phone back with a bent out of shape frame, a home button that barely works, and a cheap screen that broke under the pressure of my index finger the very next day! I brought my phone back in, sure that the 90 day warranty would cover a faulty part, and they blamed it on me! They told me that I must have dropped the phone again, that they would never have bent my frame as they did, and that they would charge me full price. I threw a fit and lowered the price to $55. Needless to say, I am furious and will never EVER return.
