For the most part I have enjoyed using your online site. I have had a few negative issues. When using the slots I have won money and before it paid out I lost connection and never received the money I had won. Also I have a 50.00 free bet on my account that I can not use. Always prompt and courteous. Not a fan of the vip boost though. Use to just get occasional bonus based on deposits and now with the vip there's no reward for poker.
