I have been with betonline since the beginning they have been one of the best sports book for over 25 years. I have referred so many people. Up until 2 weeks ago after 25 years I am disappointed in their service especially their new format. Some companies are always changing things around but change isn't always what's best for the CLIENT. The new format and update is the worst it's so bad that I am already looking for a new sports book. To think all I need and want is to have the classic view back on my phone. When a company does not care about their customers it is time to move on doesn't matter how long you have been a client we are just a number but what betonline should understand is that every number is money. I will no longer refer anyone to betonline ever again. All my referrals now call me and message me to complain about betonline. Because for many years I spoke so highly about this book hands down the best book in the last 25 years went from a rating of 10 to a rating of 1 the new format and system crashes every single day about 20 times it is unreal and extremely difficult trying to place a bet.

I dislike the fact that majority of micro stake tournaments ($1-$3) are mystery bounty. Wish BOL would introduce multi table sit n go tournaments as well. On another note slots & table games are great and affordable for any bet size player.

the withdrawal process is awful.. 50 percent of my withdrawal request was not received when I inquired about it they told me I needed to wait 15 days so I did and I was just told they have to continue to find out why it did not process to hold up the withdrawal.. Wonder why people get frustrated... watch PS I do want to say I final received the money back in my betonline account..

Really like the selection of games and customer service has been very good. The perks for playing here are nearly nonexistent. This is the main reason I've yet to make Betonline my first choice almost no incentive to deposit, no free spins, no deposit bonuses, and the weekly bonus is almost nothing. I've seen players appreciated at a roadside casino that has two slot machines and nothing more appreciate their customers more pretty silly to think a platform would think this is how to run things but I assume betonline dosent see players as customers and that is why they have decided to not try to make an attempt to retain patrons with even small tokens of appreciation.
