United States | 26 December 2024I placed my order 11/30/24 and order was processed and sent out in 48 hours as indicated. I was keeping an eye on tracking as I work long hours and didn't want to miss ETA so I could let my husband know. Last tracking info was that it had passed through customs 12/13/24 and has on 12/14/24 had been turned over to the last mile facility. On 12/20/24 sent email to support inquiring of ETA with no response. I sent another email today Christmas, if I get no response from this company I will be contacting my credit card company to file a fraudulent claim. To those that have received their pillows yay but to discredit anyone who has a negative experience with this company is wrong. I order on line and other items I have order the past few weeks have arrived without a hitch. I tried to be patient and be understanding to the fact it's a busy time of year however the lack of communication and the non existing customer service is unacceptable.

I contacted the company and they initially responded saying they would help, but then have not responded to any further correspondence. So much for easy 60-day money back guarantee.

United States | 18 December 2024These guys suck...period. After the product arriving late prior to our trip and ordered weeks in advance the refuse to answer multiple emails and phone calls. These guys are dirty. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them.

Their good reviews are likely fake, and I regret not checking more thoroughly before purchasing from them! Dec 23 response Thank you for your response, but I must point out that it does not align with the reply you posted publicly on Trustpilot. While your public response suggests a willingness to prioritize resolving my issue and even offering a refund if delivery cannot be completed, your private email has repeatedly deflected my refund request by claiming the parcel is “in transit.” As you are aware, in 2024, shipping processes are electronic, and parcels can be intercepted or canceled. Your refusal to take this step demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and consumer rights. To date, I have communicated with your support email (support@flyhugz….) numerous times over the past two weeks, yet my concerns remain unresolved. If you are truly taking my concerns “very seriously,” as stated, why have you not issued my refund yet? I do not want to receive this product, and I reiterate my request for an immediate refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue further. Please clarify why your public and private responses are inconsistent and why this delay continues.

United States | 14 December 2024I received the package very late, When I placed an order they emailed me saying that would take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the package. The customer service is so bad they only take emails and never pick up a phone call. The FLYHUGZ website looks like a great perfect review for all users, but it's not true this thing can't be trusted after I used it it was a nightmare, I had long-distance flights, and this thing made my trip worse on the planet. The pillow DOES NOT WORKING WELL AT ALL. I will never suggest anyone buy this thing and the package came from CHINA…………

Canada | 12 December 2024I ordered a pillow plus the purse on November 22, 2024. I still have not received the order I paid for. The tracking system does not work. It says it cannot find the order. I emailed the company (support @hugz like the bill tells you if you have not received your order) two weeks ago as the order was shipped from China on the 24th. I got a reply soon after saying it would be here between December 2 to 9 and nothing arrived. I have now this week sent two emails to customer service and have not got a reply. I thought this was a reputable company. I really hope I get the two items I ordered soon and a reply from customer service.

United States | 11 December 2024I have owned 2 other neck pillows over the years and have never been happy with them. I certainly purchased the FlyHugz and tried it for the first time this past weekend. I LOVED IT. It is certainly a game changer for me. I bought 2 more to give as Christmas gifts.

Australia | 11 December 2024Be wary! The adverts don’t show that USD are used. I paid and then realised $58.90 turned into AUD$96.30! I clicked my PayPal to confirm the purchase then saw the conversion and immediately emailed them to cancel my order. 3 emails later with no response from them. Then I get an email that the items have been shipped, how unsurprising! Don’t deal with this company. I’ll bet that the good reviews are fake so don’t waste your money. They responded here but not directly to me. I still haven’t received items and have emailed multiple times with no response. It’s now 24 Dec.

Super frustrating as mine was supposed to be an expedited delivery Edit: the pillows finally showed up. Still a frustrating experience

They were prompt in responding that they would be able to do so, and even contacted me when the transaction took place. Very polite too! Impressive customer service interaction! I look forward to trying out our FlyHugz!!

After 11 days since my order and my CC being charged no insight from them about the status. Their tracking company says the delivery # they provided does not exist. I would never order from this company again. Maybe a scam.

I emailed 5 times for status and then asked for a refund and have yet to hear back from anyone. Updated: Still no contact from company even though I've sent direct message as requested and called the number on the website (which just rings and rings).

United States | 05 December 2024Very displeased with how FlyHugz has not honored their return policy. I have tried for weeks now to get return instructions and have been effectively ghosted by all members of the team. No one answers the phone number listed on their website (yes, I did call during their business hours). The only email I received from them said that the reason I gave for this return didn't fit the conditions listed in their return policy, and that because FlyHugz is a small business and therefore has to be careful with their costs, they aren't going to process the return. I asked many times for a copy of their return policy language and received no response. I located the return policy (their "60 Day Guarantee") on the website and discovered that my return request does, in fact, fit all of the eligibility requirements listed in the policy. I sent them an email to explain as much and have had no response. Please don't cite your return policy to me if you aren't even following it. Unfortunately, I'm leaving this experience very disappointed and unimpressed with FlyHugz.
