United States | 09 January 2025Received order very quickly. However, what I received is not what I ordered. In fact, I can’t even find this block-shaped thing in their advertising. I have send numerous e-mails and left phone messages pertaining to return and refund directions but have had no responses for 3 weeks. Feeling like I’ve been scammed. They have ignored 6 written requests, and 3 phone requests for a return and refund. Now they need another, duplicate e-mail to customer support??? That level of incompetence is astounding!

United States | 09 January 2025We cancelled these 2 orders on the same day and told them not to ship. Sent several emails and left messages with know response. We did this before they billed, they were pending when cancelled. Order # 207284 - $59.28 Order number - 207241 - $79.03 Numerous message's were left and emails I sent with no response. Orders went from pending to billing. The response isn’t what happened.

I wanted this for a upcoming international trip. I would just like a response. Order #181135 again left voicemails and no response. Why not respond to voicemails. it is very rude and not customer friendly. poor service is not good. i want order status immediately

Australia | 06 January 2025Do not purchase this neck pillow - no response & no delivery. This company is a scam. I ordered this neck pillow on Nov 29th and besides receiving an automated email on Dec 6th stating my pillow is on it's way, no responses have been made to my multiple emails enquiring about delivery. It also does not state that the price is in USD until the payment is completed. If you look at all the 5 star reviews, they are all from accounts which have only done one single review. Buyer Beware!

Good thing I’ll never have to pay my Visa bill that I haven’t even received yet. Phony website. Great video ads. God bless America. Fraud fraud scam scam. Avoid Flyhugz like the plague!!!

Canada | 03 January 2025My order was placed on Dec. 9th and today is Jan. 3rd The tracking says the parcel has been "in transit" in Chicago since Dec. 22nd and still no delivery to Evanston, Il. I have emailed/phoned yet NO REPLY. Today's voicemail message was: If I don't hear back from someone/receive the parcel I shall contact my credit card company and report a fraudulent transaction. This site poses itself as being in the USA but it's actually out of China.

Australia | 03 January 2025I ordered on the 1st of December 2024, and was shipped on the 3rd of December 2024 to Australia (with First Class Shipping). The shipping information still says ‘In Transit’, with no updates from the 12th of December. I have tried to contact numerous times via email and phone and have had no reply. This is giving me scam territory with no option to leave a review on their website to warn customers before purchasing. I would definitely not recommend and am thinking about asking for a refund even though I doubt I would even be able to.

United States | 02 January 2025Again, FlyHugz not telling the whole truth…. They ONLY reply to my reviews on TrustPilot as they understand it might hurt their business. NO REPLY to my emails. No Reply to phone calls. Even now, they could have reply to my email but they ignoring me… I have to write another review to get a response from FLYHUGZ. Please don’t purchase anything from this company. They are not customer friendly and they just ignoring customers. I did not receive the refund from my credit card. I did dispute the charges as I NEVER received the refund or any communication from FLYHUGZ. The “apologize” only when I write a review. Shame on this company. My advise is not to purchase anything from them

United States | 31 December 2024Ordered a pillow and payment cleared my account on Dec. 5, pillow was not shipped until Dec. 9. Supposedly. Have still (evening of Dec. 30) not received it. Tracking on their site shows it is going nowhere. No response to any of my emails. Jan. 1 update: As stated above "no response to any of my emails." I did contact them repeatedly. No merchandise recieved. Finally received the merchandise a week ago. (Mid-January) together with an email asking me to rate them for their excellent customer service (ha!)

United States | 31 December 2024Update: I received the product and am pleased. I did receive responses to my inquiry emails. Ordered December 3 and since Dec. 17 it states my item is with last mile transit. It is now Dec. 30 and nothing. Have sent an email and phone goes to voicemail.

My order has been stuck at the same transport facility since 16th Dec, which I don’t understand. I have already sent multiple emails to Fly Hugz and nothing…no customer service. So disappointing, it looks like another scam.

United States | 28 December 2024I ordered a travel pillow on December 9th. I received a confirmation email and my account was charged, but I never received the item. I contacted customer service three times with no response and now the emails are being returned with a send error. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Horrible company!

I’ve called and left a message and have sent two email messages, but have not heard back. While the ad campaign for this product has been very effective, the company’s lack of response is a problem. I hope to follow up this email with a positive review when I hear from customer service and learn when I’ll receive the pillows.

United States | 28 December 2024I order a pillow on the 6th of December. And was told it would be here by the 24th. I sent a message to the company and have not heard back. Update the pillow arrived today, and my granddaughter loves it. She does alot of traveling and can not wait to use it.
