Poor customer service. Wanted to return one of the fyhugz i bought which was unused and unopened as i had ordered accidnetally an extra one after i paid for the first set i ordered. They have a promo that you can get for one flyhugz and a eye mask for like 50% off. There was no option to review that order but a button that automatically charged my card. I have no choice but to wait for that order and thought i can return the extra one. But nope they rejected my request.

We ordered on 12/27/24 ( Order No: 194211) and still haven't received our order. No response from FlyHugz (we called and left a message). And Shop has no tracking info. We have asked for a refund and have no communication.

Bought 2 fly hugz pillows. My neck is short and it suffocated me and couldn’t move. My husband had his adam’s apple painfully squashed. It is a one-size-fits-all that is stiff and unyieldy. I imm direly asked for a Return Label and was told they don’t offer them and that I had to pay for my own return! I felt that their advertising was false and that it simply cannot fit all peoples . Plus… they need to advertise that consumer must pay for all returns!!. And their major design flaw I had to pay for????? And…. their response and sentence structure made me realize that I wasn’t receiving a response from the USA. BUYERS BEWARE!! Buy safe! Buy USA! Buy “Free Refunds!”

The order was made in early December intending to be Christmas presents. It didn't arrive until early-January. Several written and email requests for information on how I can return the items have been ignored. It has now been three weeks.

No response whatsoever to several emails and voicemails since 1/13/2025. Cannot contact at all. Update 2/4/2025- It has been entirely frustrating dealing with your customer service. The only way I got a response to my multiple direct emails and phone messages was through Trustpilot, after weeks of silence after my initial return request. Your first reply was this: “ Hi, Hope you are well! We are sorry to hear that you are considering a return. May we know the reason? Perhaps we can offer resolution. Additionally, please be advised that we are having technical issue with our phone support. Thanks, FlyHugz Team ” I replied that the order arrived too late for my trip (1/11/2025). The next email, 5 days later, denied my return despite a “no questions asked” money back guarantee: “Hi, We hope you are well! We are sorry to hear that you are looking to return the items to us. We carefully reviewed your order and it appeared that it was delivered within our delivery time frame. FlyHugz Shipping Policy: (link not allowed in Trustpilot) Considering the time we completed your order and the time we delivered your parcel in just 14 business days, we are still within the threshold of our delivery. As a small business, we strive to offer the best service possible while carefully managing our resources. Please understand that we incur significant costs in shipping and handling, and these expenses make it challenging for us to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or errors on our part. Update February 15 - My neck pillow arrived in today’s mail. Was quite a surprise since I hadn’t been given a tracking number. Was very happy and glad to finally have it as am traveling very soon. Thank you FlyHugz Update February 15th ~ still waiting for them to advise about their latest tracking number as they haven’t responded back. I doubt I will ever see the neck pillow that they so eagerly charged my credit card, but I haven’t received! Update February 4th - received this email from FlyHugz… Hi Wendy, Sorry about that. We are happy to reship your parcel and claim via insurance if you did not receive it. We created the order to reship your parcel and we will send you the tracking information very soon. Thanks, FlyHugz Team I responded back to FlyHugz that I looked forward to receiving their email with new tracking information as they are reshipping my pillow. Update: Rcvd and email from FlyHugz at 4:57a January 29 We checked this order and was delivered on January 22, as seen in the attached file. Please check within household/mailbox. Best Regards, FlyHugz Team I called USPS phone number they gave me and was advised by Patrick they can’t track a package with China’s local tracking information they would need to have the usps tracking number which was never given to me. The information that you see from FlyHugz doesn’t even show what post office on January 21 it was handed off to. Very disappointed in this company and their awful customer service. They never give a name on their email or voice message. If I could rate with no stars I would as that is how horrible this company is. Very disappointed and I believe this company is a complete scam!! I ordered just the pillow on December 29th. Received confirmation right away plus they charged my credit card immediately too. Their tracking was hard to follow and I believe it originated in China. The dates of Jan 4 through 14 just kept saying arrived at airport or transport to next facility. Finally on January 19 it showed handed off to Dallas Ft. Worth. On January 21 it said handed off to post office, but doesn’t show what city for a post office. On January 22 at 11:31 a shows out for delivery and at 2:29p shows delivered at mailbox. It was not in my mailbox and I looked on the front porch and over by and in my garage and no package. I have called their customer service number which no one answers only a voice mail which I have left two messages as well as have emailed them twice and have received no follow up whatsoever. Don’t waste your money buying this if this is how they treat customers. The positive reviews makes me think are fake reviews.

I would give no stars if I could and believe that this must be a SCAM! I ordered 2 Flyhugz in December for Christmas which never arrived. I have sent 4 emails, a review and a phone call all with my order number and radio silence! No one has responded! Disheartening experience. This was my sister’s Christmas gift. I get that shipping problems arise but it’s the lack of the response that’s not ok.

I ordered a premium pillow and eyeshades. When the order arrived in NZ, the eye shade has “FlyHugz” in large bold lettering written across the front of them and Due to an injury I cannot use the pillow because it has too much padding at the back. I have emailed them three times and they are just Totally ignoring my emails, not responding at all. They promote no questions asked refund but a genuine refund, or explanation as to why they sent me these eyeshade with writing across the front, and they won’t even respond to it-Strongly advise against using this company

Update: I ordered two pillows 6 weeks ago. One of them is too large for a family member, the other is fine. This company requires an approval # before accepting a return, and has a timeline of 60 days. I have contacted their customer support Five times in the previous Six weeks and they finally responded, indicating that they are sorry and I should contact them again. I continue to receive marketing emails to purchase additional pillows while they ignore my request to authorize a return. I don’t recommend buying from this company. They have a lot of competition in the industry; ignoring a customer’s comments / requests is short-sighted. I am still waiting for an approval # to return one pillow.

I ordered 3 pillows and as soon as I got them, I wanted to return 2 as they didn't fit the people I was buying for. I am keeping mine. The return policy is very misleading. It just says-60 Day Money Back Guarantee. But...and a big BUT there are many conditions to that guarantee. You didn't say on the website "60 Day Money Back Guarantee (with restrictions)" Over the past week I have received 3 emails from them. Every one of them says-why are you returning them? I reply each time and then nothing for days. This is extremely misleading and I am probably going to return the 3rd one because of this bad experience. It also took more than 3 weeks to get my order here in the US. The website says 3-4 days.

I placed an order in December, paid whatever the guaranteed shipping fee was, but still haven’t received my order. It shipped12/29, but USPS has lost it. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact FlyHugz customer support and the couple times they can be bothered to respond, they tell me to go to my local post office in person to get the package. Beware- their customer service is difficult to get a response from, and when they do respond they do nothing solve the problem.

Customer service stinks. I wrote 2 Emails with no response also called with no results. I bought a neck pillow bundle for my dad and he is unable to use it. I'm asking to return it and get a refund. I just would appreciate some acknowledgement. I feel like I have no choice but to go to the credit card company and the better business bureau with my complaint.

Please do not buy from this company. Bought for Christmas, daughter did not care for pillow and now have contacted the company 6 times with no resolution. Says no hassle returns but they do not give you return authorization to return. My experience with this company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order #208432 Ordered 2 on 1/6. It took 7 days for the item to leave Jamaica NY and reach Chicago area. It has now been to to 7 different post offices in the Chicago area-twice to my local post office. Tracking keeps saying it will be delivered on 1/17. Now tracking says there is an issue with the delivery. Emails to company have had no response. Stay away from this company

I ordered my Flyhugz pillow on 12/19 (order 187638) and still haven't received it. Today is 1/20 and the last known tracking message was on 1/5 and it's in another language. It arrived in Dallas on 1/2 and made its way to another facility but nothing. Several voice messages left on their phone and multiple emails. NOTHING. This is embarrassing. Do not order from Flyhugz. I want a refund. Update: I got an email from Flyhugz not long after posting this. They said it will be here in 5 business days they say. Funny how they only contact me after I posted this. They also supplied the link to track the shipping. I clicked on the link and it said due to lack of postage it's now undeliverable. Please contact the manufacturer for full refund. You have to be kidding me. No answer from Flyhugz when i informed them.

I received my travel pillow 12/31 and it has a faulty zipper. I've sent three emails, left two voicemails, and left two messages at the website requesting a replacement. It's 01/20 and thus far, I've been ghosted. Unacceptable. Update 02/18/25. Received a response from Flyhugz on 02/04/25 that someone would be getting back to me. So far, no response!
