Generally a very good service . Samples delivered quickly. I liked being able to design the look and size of rug. For a bespoke rug I thought the price was good. The time between the order and delivery was slightly longer than expected. Rug came really well packaged and is beautifully made although it doesn't yet lie completely flat. It says it needs time fo relax but there is still a slight ridge but hopefully that will go in time. Update - the ridge went and now completely flat and really pleased with it

Lovely product as have the previous items we have purchased. Slight hiccup with delivery on this occasion but nothing to get stressed about.

Very good quality rug. Only problem being one of our dogs is a bit wary of lying on it!

If you are looking for a natural rug and definitively if you are looking for a custom size I do really recommend to give a try to the Natural Rug Store. The website is very easy to use, you can customise and then visualise your rug in few clicks and when you are happy with the result they will send you a sample so you can touch and see in your home how the materials you choose looks like and fit. Samples arrive in a nice box, like a present, with no extra costs. No pressure to buy, think to it, take your time, but then when you decide to buy it I can assure the final rug is exactly made with materials you have seen in samples. So no surprises. Should I say more?

The rug is perfect, very well made, delivery service good and I have ordered a second one. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that if you want to speak to the company on the telephone, including when I had to telephone to arrange delivery it was to a premium rate telephone number, which I think is taking advantage of the customer because there is no alternative.
