Hadn't heard anything the week before Xmas so rang only to be told that material was out of stock until end Jan, why had no one rung me to tell me. Rang again at beginning of Feb as still no rug, and told that it was now in production. Finally had a call to say that they wanted to arrange delivery only to be told a specific day with no opportunity to have it delivered a different day. Overall happy with the rug but they need to realise that customer service doesn't mean the customer making all the calls and not offering a service that they clearly don't deliver.

But the online rug maker meant I could design my own rug and see it against a floor very similar to mine which really helped my decision in ordering. The process was very easy, the delivery was efficient (even though I live in Switzerland) and they refunded my VAT immediately (which is rare). I will definitely order from them again🐵

United Kingdom | 17 February 2014A glitch occured with delivery - our door number was poorly visible on the package and as a result our lovely rug got delivered 4 doors down the road (while we were at home waiting for it). We had no clue until the neighbours figured it was ours and gave it back. Nothing to do with the rug itself, but the delivery guys did not even check that the recipient was correct and just delivered it to someone else. Question - why not use the phone number supplied for the exact purpose of clarifying things with the customer? Anyhow, the rug itself is beautiful and we absolutely love it, 4 stars only because of delivery hiccup.
