Brilliant product and service

Despite a few weeks wait for delivery am extremely pleased with my beautiful rug. Website was easy to use to 'design' my rug with all the optional add ons. Communication with the company was excellent - so am one happy customer

I ordered 2 rugs which were great quality however the delivery service through dhl was awful and therefore would not purchase from this company again. The rugs were dispatched separately and on both occasions I was promised a before 12 noon slot. The first rug turned up about 3pm after receiving a call at 11 saying it would be 45 mins late. I was then promised a sat delivery for second rug which was later cancelled by the company and moved to Monday again in a pre 12 delivery. This time it turned up at 5.15 with no call to warn me. There were numerous calls back and forth to natural rug co to work out what was going on. This is not what I expect when spending so much money with a company and I was disappointed with this poor quality service.

Rug easy to order but definitely check colours by ordering samples. Rug arrived beautifully rolled and wrapped and well made.
