Ever nervous of purchasing unseen online I was pleasantly surprised by this item. It is a good quality rug, well finished and the service including delivery was all spot on. I need another rug for a different room and will go back to this company.

I requested several free sample packages, being quite undecisive about the border for the rug. All came very quickly, with no questions asked, all beautifully packaged. My son recommended the Natural Rug store as I really like the runner he purchased for his place and I am so pleased I took his advise to smarten up my hallway. The runner plus mat looks top notch on the medium oak wooden flooring. Both are well made and the nonslip underneath works great on the wooden flooring.

Ordering the rug was easy to exact sizes and the sample serve is very efficient however delivery of the actual rug took much longer than promised on the web site and on the order confirmation email I was sent. When I called to find out if the rug would arrive by the date promised the reaction I got was rather abrupt and I ended up waiting nearly 4 weeks for something that was promised in 2 weeks. The rug was package very tightly so it's difficult to get it to lie flat now however the overall quality is good.

I bought a fabulous rug for under our dining room table and chairs. The chair legs cause marks on the Sisal and stay indented making the rug look stained. There is no way to get them out, hoovering or brushing doesn't help. So each time we use the chair a new indent appears. The rug looks awful after just three months. Very disappointed customer.
