I had purchased a rug for my kitchen years ago. The rug itself was still in excellent condition but the edging was poor. I asked if they, Crucial, provided a service to replace the edging but no go. Leon however, offered me a 10% discount if I ordered a new rung, which I did. And it was fabn-u-lous. Sad news, I spilt black coffee on my new mat which has stained. Vanish did no favours. Took the colour out.

Sadly we were extremely disappointed with our recent purchase. The rug stains extremely easily (ie water will stain it!). Despite buying the cleaning kit, this has also stained it as apparently they cannot get wet at all…therefore I would avoid this if you have kids! I asked to have a call with a manager as we were disappointed that the cleaning kit we had bought with the rug had actually made it worse when used..however this request was refused and we were told we hadn’t used the cleaning product properly..this is just not true! If you’re looking for a rug which can be cleaned and deal with minor spills this is not for you!

Excellent product & service thanks. Delivered slightly early. I’ve had seagrass before but it is still a concern to order from a new company , but I am very pleased . I ordered a custom made large mat with black edging. Looks great !

The finished rug is a natural product, but there were many more blemishes in the weave/materials than I've experienced with other vendors. Other than this the edging is good, the order and fulfillment process were good, and the price is good.

Good communication, unfortunate delay in materials. All worked out well.
