Really happy with my rug, beautifully made and exactly as ordered. The only thing i would suggest is that there is more communication in between acknowledging the order and arranging delivery. I rang twice to check for progress so an email update would have been helpful. Otherwise, great service.

love the rug ws difficult to choose colour as always from a screen but goes well with our decor. noticed a few knots but gather this is normal with a handmade rug. had our first spillage of sparkling wine a few weeks after it was put down no marks or stain glad we had the stain guard Would use this company again also good delivery advice

Fantastic product and service... I ordered three rugs from the Natural rug store because I couldn't get the sizes I wanted anywhere else. Being able to choose from all the different natural materials (seagrass, coir, sisal etc) and trims meant I got exactly the look I wanted. One of the rugs was a 16' long runner for the hallway, it's perfect, hardwearing and great for two big dogs to stop them slipping on the wooden floor. I'm absolutely delighted with them
