Good kettle, but fill level indicators not very clear.

Ordered a kettle and toaster that didn't arrive. Had to try on a couple of occasions to chase up my order, once I was in touch with a member of customer services my issue was resolved very quickly and the same member of staff ensured my goods were delivered without delay and clear communication.

This provides very good suction however I chose just 3 stars because it get so hot so quickly that I think there is a design fault meaning that heat should not be directly on the user's hand and worst so quickly. other than that I would definitely say 5 stars.

So pleased with my new Kettle well worth the money and wait for it to come ..Definitely will order again

Love the look of this set toaster and kettle are very well made the microwave is a little uneven on all surfaces we have to put a bit of cardboard under the back to stop spillages but it does not notice and all in all we have been very impressed. Good notification from the company and delivery service. I would use this company again
