Purchased a halogen heater in December as it advertised as having 8000 hour bulbs/tubes. I used it when working with sewing machine, one tube on at a time. Towards the end of February, all 3 bulbs had died. Searched everywhere for correct tube size but none fitted. Contacted Daewoo, no answer until my most recent email when i was informed that the bulbs are NOT supposed to be replaced on this model but replacements could possibly be found on Amazon etc, also to use a qualified electrician!!!!!!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY order no 11337 damage item delivered microwave there contact number just says not support agents available delivered today and when i took it out of box loads of shards of glass when over my floor was not packaged well and deliverd by eviri i want them to collect it at there expense and give me a refund i have contacted them but have not heard back why did you use eviri to deliver it they are the worst couriers their are and not carefull with items should you not have had label handle with care on box dhl were supposed to pick microwave up today 08/03/203 but driver drove off before i could open door and you can not contact them YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO DAEWOO ON PHONE AND I HAVE ESCULATED PROBLEM NOW FOR PAYPAL TOO SORT OUT paypal have refuned my money and ups picked it up to go back

Bought the relatively inexpensive Daewoo Tornado bagless vacuum cleaner as I only have a small number of rugs around my flat and wasn't prepared to pay a lot of money on something which was only going to get limited light use. It was exactly what I wanted! After about 9 months I accidently broke a roller on the base plate. I emailed Daewoo to enquire if I could actually get a replacement part. A series of emails exchanged between us over a few days ( very prompt response from Daewoo ) resulting in a replacement part being sent out and vacuum working perfectly again. Excellent service from Daewoo and resulted in one extremely happy customer. Well done Daewoo!!!

Great service. I lost one of the rubber feet for my air fryer and in no time at all two replacements were sent free of charge.

A Quartz Heater (top bar) stopped working. Daewoo sent a replacement immediately. This, I trust, will be subject to the 3 year guarantee of the old one.

My Daewoo electric underblanket failed after only 18 months. Previous ones I've bought have lasted years and years. The original guarantee was for 1 year, but I expected a much longer life from a "quality" brand. Customer Services were unhelpful. I considered taking it up with Trading Standards as this was clearly not of merchantable quality. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle, and I'll replace it with one from a decent brand and with a longer guarantee. It's a pity I can't leave a 0-star review. I will avoid ALL Daewoo products in future.

Bought a Daewoo Kettle and it became faulty with in tis Guarantee/Warranty period. Whe ni bought the add says it will be replaced during the 2 Yr Guaante period in Currys.co.uk , but then now Daewoo customer service is saying customer need to register on their website . it is not acceptable they can reject a appliance faulty claim with such silly reason when it is a genunie appliance fault. i highy warning all customers not to buy any Daewoo Electircal products from currys or from any stores as their customer service is such a terrible and cheating. They DO NOT RESERVE even one star.

Bought halogen oven, 10 months later heating element failed. Retailer replaced. 14 months later heating element failed. Contacted Daewoo, sent copy of purchase details. Replied asking for picture which I sent. Then asked for pic again. Then asked for pic of detail on unit which I sent. They replied saying it had a 3 year warranty which hadn't been registered so they would not replace. I replied stating their website said 2 year guarantee and the booklet which accompanied the unit stated a 2 year guarantee and nowhere in that booklet does it state it needed to be registered. I replied yesterday, 16 January, and am still awaiting a response. If the unit is not replaced I will be taking further action as refusing to honour the guarantee is a contraven of advertising standards and consumer rights. Appalling company, appalling product reliability and appalling customer service. I have made a couple of electrical purchases recently and in both cases all that is required is a receipt for the purchase in the event of problems. Now received a reply asking for copy of booklet and guarantee. Do they not educate customer service on their products, or check their own website- quite unbelievable!!!! UPDATE 18/1/23 Communication from Daewoo to say replacement on it's way. It's taken 2 weeks of hassle but at least it's sorted now. A pity they couldn't have done this 2 weeks ago. They say they have updated their systems so hopefully in the future anyone with a similar problem will get sorted quicker.

Purchased a Daewoo SDA1666GE 1.7L Colour Changing Kettle - Black for my father November 2021. Whilst boiling he noticed that it was not turning off. Opened it up to find the switch mechanism had completely burnt out. Even burnt some of the surrounding plastic. Potential fire hazard, avoid. Update. Thank you Daewoo for your inadequate response to my email to your customer service centre. I am well aware that I can return the product to the retailer. I'm more concerned that product is not fit to be sold and will potentially hurt someone. Not the only review on here regarding a dangerous kettle.

I bought 1 week ago, this terrible smell does not go whatever I do! I cooked 1000 times with different products like vinegar, lomoen, etc but the smell still stays! it means only one thing: it is made of poisonous material!even if after use it disappear you know that every time you drink out of it your body gets poison! so all chinese products are the same! thatś how we people get sick finally!

Brillaint customer service from the Daewood team. I asked for a replacement tool for my Cyclone 22.2V cordless vacuum within the warranty time period.The communication was very prompt and I received my replacement within 2 days! I wanted to say thanks for your efficiency and great customer service which I find very rare these days.
