United Kingdom | 22 February 2021The first time the kettle was filled to maximum it leaked badly, running onto the base. The idea of water running onto a live base, I contend, is a very dangerous occurrence. I hope this will be taken up with Daewoo "Quality" control. A refund was given quickly.

Super fast, helpful and polite response - issue was resolved even 'though the problem was not at all the fault of Daewoo. First I didn’t include the model number, then I gave the incorrect number but then finally gave Daewoo the right info! Response was swift and it was popped in the post to me for free and I was delighted! Great customer service!

United Kingdom | 10 December 2020Purchased a Daewoo Convestion Heater for my office. Sent it back to be replaced after 5 days as it was setting on fire...smoke billowing out! I turned on the replacement, and the same thing, but after 1 day and approx 3 hours of use. I think these need a recall?!
