Excellent heater I put it in and off all day for a couple of minutes warms the room up in no time. Quite noisy but I am very happy with it. And looks ok too.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered and item which I need to return for a refund. You have to contact them to arrange a return and despite housing them multiple times they have ignored me. I have raised a case via resolver and will be talking to my back about the transaction.

Design problem with hinge on jug kettle. First one broke on one side (outside warranty period). Second one has done the same. Registered for free extended warranty. Will report back on request for service. UPDATE 06/03/2025 (amended from3* to 5* due to excellent after sales service). Extended warranty came up trumps. Original kettle is no longer made. Daewoo offered replacement kettle from current range, free of charge. Brand new kettle has now been received and is working well. This was 2.5 years after the original purchase. Excellent customer service. Credit to Daewoo customer support.

This is the second product I have purchased from Daewoo and I am very happy with both. I found them easy to order, at good prices and the delivery and customer service were excellent. I will certainly look to them in future for my electrical needs.

I bought two items direct from Daewoo. Both came with cards saying guarantee would be increased to 2 years by registering online. I tried to do this but it`s clear you don`t want people to take up the offer as it doesn`t work. You ask for a copy of a printed receipt (?). I bought the items direct - don`t you keep records? I think the it`s a false promise & you bank on customers getting fed up with their time being wasted.

Poor quality, Ordered microwave brand new direct from Daewoo. Arrived after a few days but the power setting dial is broken. Reported straight away, asked for video - set straight away. 4 days later still waiting to hear back! Now sorted - new microwave received, all working as it should do - thank you.

La pire expérience à éviter, DAEWOO. Pour une alarme achetée via amazon, c'est la croix et la bannière pour se faire rembourser. Je ne recommande pas. Service client méprisant, arrogant et expéditif. Jamais plus Daewoo. Je ferai la publicité de votre incompétence. J'espère que leur produit ne sera plus vendu en France. Je vais boycotter désormais cette marque de médiocre qualité. Merci à Amazon pour son service client et honte à Daewoo.

Fast efficient service. Delivered as soon as ordered. Good quality items. Very pleased overall with the purchases. All items compact and useful. Can recommend the toaster, a great gadget. The slow cooker is amazingly easy to use. The oil heaters are fab, being slimline, and hot when you need them to warm up a space as fast as possible.

This is my reply to Daewoo about their Cyclone Freedom Vacuum:- I'm not impressed! This vacuum is barely a year old and for such a small piece of plastic not to be replaceable is basically obscene. To make machine to be useable again would cost £20.00 and no doubt with extra funds for post and packaging and probably no guarantee that it would not happen again, is purely further waste of my pension. This was the first Daewoo equipment I have purchased and clearly the last, the vacuum is only suitable for the tip, that fundamentally is £70.00 down the swanny. Please don’t ask if I would recommend Daewoo, the answer lies with my machine, in the mire and my comments to be entered on their feedback system (Images were forwarded to Customer Services) Just found out the purchase date was 1 Feb 2024 so just over the year. Who is responsible for year 2 and how can I find out if it was registered?

I needed a new trivet for our Daewoo airfryer. I emailed Daewoo Electricals Sunday 26/1. As it was a Sunday I received an auto response, but on the Monday I received an email with the price of the replacement trivet & method of payment. I arranged payment & the trivet was received on Friday 31/1. Very satisfied.

Our Daewoo dual-drawer air fryer has suddenly stopped working. We've had it about 18 months, it's been lightly used - but now it has no power. Nothing. I can't recall whether we registered for the extra guarantee period - or even find the date of purchase (from Lidl). So it's now junk. Massive disappointment. I thought Daewoo should be better than this.
