I opened an account with Ziglu around March 2021. Which I used for very basic day to day banking as I have my main bank account. By the 2nd week of April my account was locked with no access or even “email” to explain what was going on. Not until I had a chat with the customer service and they told me my account is on review and can take up to “3wks” it’s been over 3 weeks now and a month today. with no response yet to my emails from the compliance team. I even had my wages paid in by the end of April , this “bank” wouldn’t even reverse the payment which I’ve insisted they should so I can make alternatives to receive my wages that was paid in while account is on review. I have hospital bills to pay. I chat with them even day still no response from the compliance team. This has to be my worst experience with any online banking. STAY THE F* away from them unless you don’t have savings with them that you need access to whenever you want. Because what is happening to me right now can happen to you. I seriously don’t know how these online banks get licenses managing people’s money.

I have to say I’ve been using Ziglu for 6 months now and its a great experience. Really simple to use, low fees, and most importantly I feel reassured and safe. The team have so far been on hand if there have been any problems e.g - If I’m using a new account to transfer funds into Ziglu - getting it verified has been quicker than all the other exchange platforms I’m using hands down! I’ve also started to use the visa card - which has all the information securely stored in the app, and really simple to get access to transaction details, pin information etc. If you want a new fast, simple multi-currency account where you can exchange into Bitcoin, Ethereum etc. I would highly recommend giving Ziglu a try.

Zero customer service, either via email or chat or phone. I have had an issue with my account and there's no way I get hold of them. Absolutely disgraceful for a company that deals with people's money.

They freeze my account for no reason, and they started asking me for transactions information that didn’t occur in my account. Biggest scam ever. They stole my money that I was meant to use for this Ramadan. But Inshallah during this holy month of Ramadan Allah will surely exposed you guys.
