This bank is absolutley disgusting i had my bank account frozen for a week now i cant use the money on it at all and their costumer service is terrible they dont help at all!! I have nearly 200 pound on it and they dont seem to care at all. I emaild them lots of times they dont reply.

After signing up using my partners referral code I finally got approved 1 week later didn’t get the sign up bonus promised,when asking them to resolve this there was simply nothing they could do! Terrible customer service

Ok, the app has a few bugs, but i find it easy to put money in, trade, and get money out. And at least - unlike most of their competitors - they're upfront about their fees for doing so. Perhaps soon they'll expand their range of coins (eg doesn't include Dogecoin).

They allow you to use their service so long as you are paying money into the account, but any slight indication of you leaving their service such as transferring money out of your account or selling the crypto currency you hold with them they will close your accounts or they will freeze it and simply refuse to respond to your messages. I have emailed this several times and received no response I have spoken to them on the phone to which they said they will email me shortly afterwards they did not I have left a review on the App Store which they ignored too. Do not use this financial institution!

Absolutely horrendous service. Script Specialist is what they are. They deal with their customers like we are Robots constantly repeating the same script and not giving the answer i want to hear. I surely believe the department dealing with frozen accounts is non existent. They simply just freeze your account and take your money that is what they want to do. Not only so, they said it takes up to 3 weeks for a review whiles having no access to my funds. That is the biggest fraud anyone can do. Any other mainstream banks and high street banks will solve this issue within one week alone or to be more precise about 1-3 working days. Your business does not care about customer if you are able to have this type of service. I can see the company just robs people who have their accounts frozen and i can see 2/3 months plus. Terrible Service to the max. Worst of all they closed my account on a SUNDAY! They claim to only be open Monday to Friday strictly. Words cant explain how bad the stress this company has left me in. I must promote as much as i can to make sure people do not bank with Ziglu. Further action has taken please. So feel free to email me back or email everyone back with frozen accounts now. If you (Ziglu) are going to give me a scripted response to this then don't bother. I dont want to read it. You will not reply on email regardless. Just give me my money and keep you account.

I have account with ziglu and I can confirm that this is the worst bank to bank with. I received a payment of £500 and £300 and restrictions was added to my account and was asked to provide proof of payment, proof of payment was provided instantly and was then told they will review my account and get back to me, this is absolutely stupid and caused a lot of problems, I wouldn’t recommend using ziglu, I have still not received access to my money

it now 4 weeks and there is no email from Ziglu also still my account has not been approved., how can a company be FCA approved?

I recently signed up to Ziglu because they are FCA registered. However, after working fine for a few days over the weekend my account became inaccessible . I requested help but it seems they have weekends off! Its been over 24hrs now , far too long for the fast moving world of cryptocurrency and costing me alot in lost trades.

Just heard about how they have scammed and messed around many users. I will share this on my public profiles and my experience with this company is also rubbish. 0 star for everyone involved. We will make sure others do not get the same experiences as this scam company.

The WORST bank ever i suggest you applying for an account somewhere else and let me just tell you why. I receieved my monthly pay and they have frozen my sccount for absolute no reason so i tried staying calm and called in, they told me it could take up to a month. They must be going crazy because they have left me without money to buy food and pay rent leaving me in such problems. Once again go get an account somewhere else im going to get this bank shut down in the name of god this is not fair you cannot do this to people you greedy *unts.
