I got over £6k inside the account. Useless bank

I had been using ziglu for months with absolutely no issues untill few weeks ago i kept getting logged out my account. now they have frozen my account and closed it with no explanation whatsoever with money in the account will be very suprised if i get it back. I had Ziglu for a while probably around 3/4 months and how coincidental when my Universal Credit payment arrived today that they decided to just freeze my account. My account has no reason whatsoever to be frozen I had been using it as an everyday account like a normal person and now my benefits are stuck in the account and getting any contact from them is a myth, they reply after 2 days. The email tells me that I have to now provide them separate bank details to get my money moved there and it could take up to 60 days what an absolute joke that is!! Will definitely have the financial ombudsman to investigate, because I know they will only reply to this with their generic meaningless copy paste response.

I have asked for a statement, after I received it, suddenly they have closed the account. Customer service is useless, not replying just after 2-4 days, they cannot be contacted on phone at all… the whole system is a big s… DO NOT USE THEM!!!

United Kingdom | 15 July 2021Do not get this app. I transferred some money from my Binance account to Ziglu and it did not arrived. They said the reason is we do not accept payment from third party. Why should I know that now? The Binance account was under my name and verified. After 2-3 weeks still I could not get a refund receipt to show Binance financial that the payment has refunded. Basically they do not care at all. Do not use this app at all.

Suddenly they "bounced" an incoming payment from eBay; then they Froze my card and account, now they will not respond or even send me a statement; thank goodness I got most of my money out; just £60 to go .... STEER CLEAR of this "mob"; I am taking it up with the banking ombudsman

The response below is totally untrue as they closed my account and told me I can never open a new one. I presume it is because I took £25 referral bonus and didn't really use the account.

United Kingdom | 12 July 2021Awful experience! I purchased and stored over 4k of crypocurrency on Ziglu, thinking they where the first UK bank to adopt crypto. Everything went fine until I received an email from them a couple of days ago telling me they have reviewed my account and have decided to close my account with immediate affect and WITHOUT explanation. I cannot withdraw my funds or my crypto. In the same email they said it will take up to 60 days for them to transfer any funds I had into another bank in my name. The cheek of it!! Avoid Ziglu for buying and storing your cryptocurrency at all costs! Wait for the mainstream banks to offer crypto - Ziglu is not up to the task. I'm not the only one this has happened to. Read the other reviews.

I’m absolutely livid as they said they can’t even give a reason as to why this has happened. All I know is they need to send my money to my high street account as this is complete rubbish
