United Kingdom | 25 April 2021Ziglu has been a simple, useful & great introduction to the world of cryptocurrency. I’m pretty new to it all so was please that Ziglu’s UI is straight forward. The few times I have ran into problems the messaging system they use puts you in contact with a real human fairly quickly. I got a snazzy pink debit card that I can use to spend the funds held in my Ziglu wallet, something that I’ve not been able to do elsewhere. Genuinely great app & service, nice one guys!

I given all of profs now i am on the road

United Kingdom | 19 April 2021At first Ziglu had a 2k pending payment to a friend who I was trying to help pay of his bills but it’s been 20 odd days and the money which was supposed to bounce back in my account supposedly is still hasn’t come through alongside their attempt to shut me out and close my account down which I pleaded and got them to open it back after constant back and forth of proof of funds etc etc. They also keep insisting on this banking institution they have to keep going through for everything and other departments which handles money but will not even let you communicate with them whatsoever just constant “oh we’ll make sure they get back to you soon” and that they can’t give me and estimation of how long this is going to get sorted out in anymore I just want to get sorted out as I’m a uni student that lives alone and 2k Just’s vanishing isn’t something I can deal with right now 💔☹️

United Kingdom | 15 April 2021I'm waiting for a payment of £25 from my friend, was send on 28th March is 15 April and not received. Contacting customer support they said should take 2h if not 2 days if not 14 days. Is more then 14 days and not received. They have to rise the case with the payment team because my money was stacked some where. Very slow process, they use a third party bank, so communication in and out is time. If some one will pay you £1000 you should know that your account will be freeze and give explanation more than applying for a immigration visa, is too much but £25 never arrived probably decided to keep as a tips for getting my £1000.

United Kingdom | 09 April 2021So damn easy to use as a cash card, but best thing yet - but Ethereum and Bitcoin. I have a number of cyrpto trading accounts but getting money in or out is always a challenge, never mind exorbitant fees to get funds on those accounts. Meanwhile with Ziglu, a UK start-up bank, i felt much safer and it's way simpler to get buy into Bitcoin for long-term HODL. In fact, the small issue I had today (i managed to get my account frozen) was quickly resolved. They even called me back to confirm was good and I got it working. Appreciated it, they didn't have to. This is why I am leaving a review. Very unusual but pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommended. Shout out to Shah for sorting me out!

United Kingdom | 03 April 2021I'm new to crypto and Ziglu has been the perfect place to get started. The app is simple to use and I love the transparent fee structure and the app looks great. Reading some of the negative reviews here and they all sound like fraudsters. A bank would only freeze your account if you're involved in financial crime.

United Kingdom | 26 March 2021Up until recently it was great, since the start of the month it has started taking longer and longer for the deposit to arrive into my Ziglu account. The last deposit I made on the 23rd March still hasn't arrived 3 days later. I have contacted chat and after the first day when they told me it could take 2 working days, they no longer reply to my chat. I have also tried calling their customer support and have been on hold for up to an hour with no one answering. Update: 1 week on and the money still has not arrived. I have contact various members of the support team, I have to start from scratch every day as they seem to have no history of the problem their end. I will be contacting the financial ombudsman to try and reclaim this money.
