From start to Finnish PROJECT SOLAR & the teams used to install , were 100% spot on . Thier customer service is just second to none. Gave me the information I needed , explained all I needed to know without trying to push a sale on to me . And went over any information I wasn't sure about , without any problems. A week later I rang to ask if I could have home visit to discuss a potential sale . The following week a gentleman named Adam Knight turned up to speak with me , throughout our conversation there was no pushing or hard sell tactics used , just gave me what I needed to know and repeated anything I wasn't sure about , a true professional he was . Almost at the end of his visit I decided to go ahead with the purchase of 10 Solar Panels and Battery Storage system . The following week the scaffolding company arrived as agreed and the scaffolding erected by a really good team , who were very polite , also very helpful and there was no mess at the end . They informed me the job was then complete , we shook hands and they were on their way . As agreed on the 15/07/24 the Electrician installation team arrived on time at the agreed time of 8.30am and started work immediately. No problem throughout the day , all went well , again there was no mess as they had cleaned up as they went along . After the install was completed, they sat down with me to tell me what I then needed to do , and that was to download an app so I could see how my system was working . As I had decided I wanted to export the energy I wanted to sell to the grid , I was then explained to what I needed to do with a certificate/information that would be sent to me . I am with Octopus Energy , and once I had given them the required code of my system it took just a few days to be selling energy back to the grid . To Finnish I feel I made a good and right choice in deciding to use PROJECT SOLAR and Thier team of professionals and therefore would highly recommend them for their help and Professional guidance in making a good solid investment. Installation was completed on the due date within 5 hours. Fitters and electrician were quick clean and very helpful. The App and the system were explained fully. System was fitted on 30/5/24 and since then its performance has exceeded my expectations. The panels and the battery have provided almost all of the power to run the house as well as selling a sizeable amount to the Grid. Our average purchase of electricity from the Grid costs less than 50p per week. Project Solar UK have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

We were exploring solar panels, and came across PSUK via an ad. The sales consultant, Hal Pedler, who visited us was extremely knowledgable, professional and patiently fielded our many questions. There was none of the hard-sell we had previously encountered from other companies. Hal continued to be available to support us by telephone even days after we had signed the contract, as he had promised he would.🙏🏽 The customer care team responded very promptly when we telephoned, answered our queries courteously and efficiently, and sent us the requested information via email promptly. The quality of service by the PSUK team, from the sales consultant to the “on the phone” customer care team is exceptional and exemplary. I would highly recommend PSUK for anyone considering solar panels.

Fantastic experience with PSUK. Excellent support from the team at all stages. Scaffolding team worked well and the installers explained everything in detail. When everything was done the site was left clean and tidy. The whole experience ran like clockwork!! .

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Probably the best company (in any field) that I have ever had to deal with. I'd be the first to complain about poor service ... in this instance I'm delighted to promote a company providing truly outstanding service. .... and the best bit, the configuration that they installed is generating more electricity than I had expected ... we have been 99% self sufficient since the installation (May, 2024).

There was no pressure to purchase the product. Once I had decided to purchase solar panels everything went smoothly and quickly with regards the installation.

We've wanted to install solar panels for a while and found Project Solar online. The sales pitch was very convincing and highly informative, every question we had was answered comprehensively. On the day of installation the two electricians were very friendly and considerate, they talked through the options for where to run the cables and gave very good advice. They explained everything they were doing and helped set up the app so we could see that everything was working properly before they left. We've received certificates for building regulations and the office has been in touch with us at every step of the process to let us know what to expect and follow up that work was done as expected and that we were happy with the process. I've been hugely impressed with this company.

Efficient, accurate and pleasant.

From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about Project solar, the professional but friendly attitude from everyone I have had dealings with has been refreshing. The initial survey I had with Stephen Gibson was was a good experience, very knowledgeable and there were no pushy sales tactics as clearly he is confident that the product will sell itself, which it did! The process for signing up and having the installation completed was seamless and I’ve had contact with the team at every step of the process ensuring I was happy with the process and the next stages. I’m currently enjoying looking at how much solar energy I’m producing and zero use from the grid. I’d always been hesitant about diving in to solar but just wish I did it sooner now!

I decided to choose Project Solar based on numerous reviews and recommendations online. They have the most amount of experience in the UK and offer the best warranty available currently. Initially I was just curious about solar as I had just purchased a plug in hybrid. Had someone visit me the same week to run through everything and show me some numbers on what the system could produce and the savings it could make. It was very convincing and I ended up taking a finance deal on a 5KW system with an 8.6kwh battery pack. Everything was done really quickly and co-ordinated well. I was in constant communication with the teams and they accommodated well with some of my deadlines. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest option out there, but if you buy cheap you will get cheap. I have full confidence this system will last well into my properties future. Some results so far: My house uses ~ 0.200kw per hour at peak, and on a cloudy day, the panels produce around 0.5-1.0kw per hour. In light cloud around 1-2kwh and when the suns out 3-5kw. So it's producing way more than my house actually needs. The car takes most of this energy but mixed in with the cheap intelligent octopus go tarrif which lets me top up my car and batter for nearly nothing (7p per kwh) and a generous fixed export tarrif of £0.15, you'll be surprised to ever pay much for electric again. My electric bill used to be somewhere between £140-£180 because of the car, but now its mainly just the standing charge. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the winter but I suspect it'll still be way cheaper than not having it. If you're thinking of going Solar with energy prices going insane, this is a no brainer.

We had to wait a little as our ground based installation required planning consent. Once that came, the installation team dealt with everything well. They were polite and friendly. We are very happy with the panels.

Owning a house with only electricity, my wife and I have been contemplating solar panels for a while now. After some extensive research I found Project Solar and contacted them. They sent out a surveyor who really knew his stuff and without being pressurised in any shape or form to go with them, we decided to go ahead. 4 weeks later we had a full installation of 16 panels and 25kw of battery storage. The installers were extremely good, neat and today, very polite and completed the install in one day. Project Solar themselves have contacted us since at different times just checking that we're happy with everything and nothing is too much effort. Every question is answered. Couldn't recommend them more. 5☆

Excellent professional installation and follow up support. Only slight issue was the communications from the sub-contractor doing the scaffolding could have been clearer.

Straightforward presentation in easily understood language. The trade affiliations were reassuring and they validated the product and the quote before work started. The work teams were on schedule and efficient. The company closely monitored the work and checked my satisfaction with the progress. Very happy with everything.

The whole process from the intial meeting and survey, was slick, simple and well documented. The installation ticked all the boxes for what we would all like to see on site. Polite, informative, well turned out, with plant, materials and protective sheets.

Project solar provide a pretty much bespoke service for panels encompassing assessment and installation and guarantees. This make the process pretty easy to navigate. Some small details that are not clarified- it takes at least 3 days and not 1 once you include scaffolding and that you as a customer, rather than them need an ongoing dialogue with octopus energy re flux- but this does not detract from our satisfaction.

The employees were courteous and efficient. The installation went smoothly and was completed within six and a half hours.
