Brilliant service. Everything was explained. They were in constant contact throughout the installation- checking how everything was proceeding. We were very pleased with their quick efficient service. There was always someone we could contact if we had any questions.

Just had a 13 panel system Installed, totally impressed from seeing the representative to having the install yesterday (7th August) it has only been a total of 14 days and I now have a working system, the scaffolding is being removed tomorrow. The install was quick and thorough, the team answering any question I asked. the briefed on the equipment, showed me the control equipment in the attic, the phone app and how to decipher it and what to do in case of any problems. Overall I thank all the team associated with the installation from start to finish.

Complete waste of money! It's a scam! They promise reductions to your energy bills and a small return on your investment but it's a complete scam. The Solar panels don't generate anything like the figures they quote in fact my energy bills have risen with the Solar providing absolutely nothing. They also sign you up to a 3rd party money lender so they get there money up front and your loan is not tied to the product or service whatsoever, so avoid at all costs please!!

The representative who came round (Jake) was extremely professional, intelligent and polite. He offered clear explanations as to everything involved, including the technology behind the panels and the savings over time. We definitely learnt a lot and even though our property was not suitable for solar (due to a flat roof), he did not pressure us into buying something unsuitable for us. Overall, we were really impressed with the service and it really was what it was pitched as: a no commitment consultation. We will definitely be back in touch if/when we move to a property more suitable for solar.

Was given a date for the install, scaffolding was put up the day before, prompt arrival by the install team on the day. Everything explained about the app for the solar panels and all complete and tidy by 4pm, great service !!!!

I am so happy with my solar panels and whole system. Project Solar UK is really good company to deal with. The gentleman/employee of this company, who visited us after we booked the appointment with him, was professional, patient, happy to answer all our questions and spend many hours in ours, just to help and let us to deal with our grandchild at the same time. His patience was great and knowledge about the solar panels, suppliers and whole system too. The guys who came to instal the solar panels were very clever, polite and creative. I wasn't sure about the position of the panels on one of my roofs at the start, but they came with different options and were happy to reposition some of them, to reach my satisfaction.
