The whole experience was very streamlined. From our initial meeting with Adam, to final installation of the panels, everything went very smoothly, and was completed within 10 days. Adam explained everything to us in great detail, making it easy to understand, he was able to answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about the product and its benefits. The fitters arrived early on the day of installation and worked hard throughout the day fitting the battery, inverter & panels. They were very friendly, professional and helpful, answering any questions I had. They showed me how to download the app on my phone, and fully explained how it worked. They cleaned up after themselves and were a credit to the company. The only slight issue was the delay in the arrival of the scaffolding. I needed to ring the company on about 4 occasions to establish when the scaffolding would be arriving, having initially been informed I would get 72 hours notice. It arrived on the morning of the installation. I have no complaints about the team who erected the scaffolding, they did an excellent job. From our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Project Solar to anyone. We are delighted with our panels and are already seeing their benefits.

Having decided to "Go Solar", the next Big Decision was who to go with for the instal. So delighted we went with Project Solar as they have been 1st Class from the initial site visit by Adam, to Tom & Chris in the Sales Team plus the admin staff who kept in regular contact via phone and email. All were well informed but not pushy, being prepared to compare competitors quote and negotiate / go the extra mile for what I believe was a decent price. The instal was straightforward with a great team from C + J Scaffolding (who agreed to leave scaffold up whilst I paint outside of house) and Solar Panel Experts Dale + Dan. Project Solar amazed me on the day of instal when Dale / Dan said they could fit an extra panel, a quick call to Chris and negotiated a price... with Panel being brought down from Derby to Cardiff within 4 hours to complete system same day. After 3 days the system is working great with the Fox Cloud App giving ongoing info re Energy generated, used, stored and exported. We went for 12 x 455w panels, dual inverter & 3 batteries. I now only need to switch to the Octopus Flux tariff to complete the process and make most of the cheaper overnight charging rate for the batteries.

Before Christmas 2023 we were exploring the possibilities of adding a battery to our solar panels. Tony from this company called and gave us a very detailed and accurate explanation on batteries. Unfortunately, because of paperwork problems and faults on our part the installation process was not smooth, but throughout this all Tony was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to help me sort out relevant paperwork. I think anybody else would have left me to flounder but Tony was great. He stuck with us. He was brilliant and helped in every way he could. We now have a fully functioning solar unit and I would thoroughly recommend this company especially Tony, the initial sales person.

PSUK were professional from survey to installation. They communicated well throughout the process and explained how the fitting would take place . Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and polite and the scaffolding and installation teams were very amenable, skilful and tidy. Following installation I was talked through the app which shows the data from the system and any questions I had were addressed. I received a follow up call from the Company post installation to ensure that I was completely satisfied and I was invited to call them should I have any questions about the system performance All in all a great experience from start to finish. If you are considering solar, these are the Company to choose.

We had solar panels installed by Project Solar on March 2024. All over I had a great service from everyone involved. Jobin jose was my surveyor. He is an asset for this company. He was there for every stages of the process. Even after the installation he rang me and checked all. The fitters also was vey helpful. They did a great job. I was not sure about how to change to octopus, but Jobin personally visited me and showed me how to do this. I will recommend this company and Jobin Jose any one who is looking to save money and save environment.

Had an appointment for Friday , Came home to attend the appointment and had A phone call cancelling it half an hour before They said they would call back on Monday, but haven’t done so yet it’s now Wednesday Not very good , Customer Service So I probably won’t use them

we decided to pick Project Solar to do our solar panels on our home because the 2 men that called in the beginning where fab explaining what we needing and what we where getting the two men that did the fitting where out standing good clean workers job done in one day the scaffolding was up in half a day and gone within 5 days. we lost no plants in the garden and to be fair the cost of it was less than we though grand job thanks Geoff & Jane

Project Solar offered a good product at a good price. From placing order to being fitted was ten days. They also completed all the necessary paperwork and permits efficiently. This is where some small companies fall down. I may of been able to get it a bit cheaper locally but i felt the backup they offer was worth it.

From start to finish Project Solar Uk Ltd have been excellent and especially Helal Ali who was our surveyor he was very very helpful with everything, he said he will be there for us through the whole process which he was ! he came back to our house after installation and helped us to setup our battery for force charging His after sales and follow up calls of support was amazing , he always checked on us to see how everything is going on each stage of the process , The system is a lot better than what we could have imagined we have already seen a dramatic reduction in our power usage and we are even making money per month through the SEG which Helal also explained to us very well Highly Recommended Project Solar Uk Ltd and Helal Ali
