Installers were polite and considerate and the work was done quickly and efficiently, with minimal disturbance to our lives.

Refused to undertake a survey without my wife being present. Why make this stipulation if you are a legitimate business confident in your service/product and not wanting to pressure a sale during the survey?!!

Ive just read the 1 star reviews and wish I'd done so earlier. They speak of pushy sales people and ridiculously expensive quotes. 1. I told the rep I could pay in full, no finance required but that i would not have the money for 2 months. I just wanted a quote so I could plan ahead. He then spent the next hour giving me different finance options that would suit me if I paid just £99 today. 2. He also said the half price battery offer was only for March yet I see other reviews say it was a Feb offer. The person who I made the booking with over the phone said quotes last 12 months. The rep told me it was valid to end March only so it would be good to pay £99 deposit today. 3. He continued on about finance options and i told him i earned less than their minimum earnings to aplly for finance. I told him I would not be accepted for finance and didn't want a bad credit rating if I got a refusal. I was going to pay in full in 2 months. He talked me into a soft credit check but I'm clearly stupid not to have seen it was a full application form which he was submitting and now I'm getting emails from credit reference agencies telling me they are doing all these checks and I've had one refusal already. Project Solar have even emailed me on the back of that to sign my contract! Finally, 3 other houses in my street have recently had solar panels installed and I spoke to the people opposite with their 14 panels on their huge detached house roof (i have a tiny bungalow) and theirs cost 3 times LESS than Project Solar. Oh and then the rep wanted me to have my chimney knocked down/ lowered (at cost to me) before panels could be fitted. Please shop around and get 3 quotes before buying from Project Solar. They clearly are a good fit for lots of people and I don't doubt it is a good product. But if they want to grow as a company and expand into all these other areas the rep told me about, they should concentrate on giving a better pre-sales experience. Because other companies will start catching up on sales because despite all PS lifetime warranties, people won't be prepared to spend an additional £12k to have them.

from start to finish very happy the sales person explained everything very clearly and helped with switching suppliers, installers very helpful and cleared up after and explained everything well i highly recommend project solar they made the whole process very easy

More package price than other company’s But package/products come with more warranty’s and insurance policy’s, Top rated fox products and quick fitting/install

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were simply great, providing a lot of clear information and were always available to answer my questions, either on the phone or via email. The installation of the products went smoothly and I consider myself very satisfied, all went well from a to z.

To be honest the whole process has been exceptionally simple, well communicated and very professional. We are very pleased with the whole team at Project Solar from the initial call through to completion. Actually very surprised in fairness just how good.

Had solar panels fitted recently. All work was completed on time to schedule. Engineers explained procedure very clearly and tidied up completely. Showed respect for customer and property. Very happy.

From the first contact with Jonathan Wolf our surveyor, through to the scaffold guys and the follow up certificates etc, our contact with Project Solar has been first class. We recommend them totally and two months on we're so happy with our panels. It's very exciting to know that the panels are working for us in such a positive way - earning us money when we sell back to the grid and also helping the planet. It's a win, win!

I expect the product would have been good but we managed to get a great installation for about £6000 less from Octopus.

Jeremy the sales person was excellent. He spent time explaining everything. The installation team were here on time and got on with the installation of 12 panels, inverter and batteries which went very smoothly and so fast. I could not fault their approach to their work - very efficient and I could not tell they had been as they removed all their rubbish. The installation team in the office are professional with their job and very efficient at ringing to give you updates. Very very pleased with the job and I certainly will be recommending Project Solar to family and friends.

The whole experience happened with no issues, very friendly and helpful from the consultant, installer to customer service. Fast and efficient.

Great job from sales to installation and so far (after 10 days) everything appears to be working perfectly. Installation team were brilliant as it was not a straight forward job!!

Workforce were Courteous & Efficient

avoid any costs, they claim to be number 1 in uk but are inferior in selling their product to customer, they train there consultant/surveyor to hard sell after visiting your home. The surveyor visited my home yesterday, hasn't done any survey , gave us 90-minute worthless demo and couldn't answer any technical questions; however, in the end, pulls a financial agreement to sign off. Even after mentioning that we had Quotes far less to his quote, up to £6k difference and double the capacity, he rubs us off claiming the others in the market are not good as Project Solar. Never let any surveyor from this company visit your home; they are not to survey but to hard-sell. The surveyor was reluctant to move out of our home despite saying no, when i told him to end his marketing pitch, he was frustrated, saying it was a waste of time. Please report to FCA if you had issues with this company. I am going to report it anyway since we got the evidence.

All very organised, fitters a fine bunch of lads, scaffolders very pleasant.
