Lovely experience from start to finish. We had Larry the salesman and he gave us loads of information and even came back twice when we wanted to change some stuff about. Whenever I have messaged after installation occurred they have answered immediately. I would reccomend to anyone who is interested in solar panels

From the moment Alex and Joel turned up (20 mins early) I could tell things were going to go well,Alex put the mini consumer unit where I wanted it and all cables were very neat and symmetrical. I was asked about panel positioning and that something I appreciated. Shoes off in the house and no mess whatsoever. As a retired tradesman I also had high standards in other people's homes .excellent communication i highly recommended this company 👌

From sales to installation We could not fault project solar. The only problem I have found, is that at my age, I need more help with the computer side of things. Such as getting on setup with octopus flux, and the amount of email I have had, I do not know were I am, or where to start. However I have found the whole experience worth it.

The inverter is working now after the call-out inspection. Very pleased with the product so far. Experience slightly by contradiction between the sales agent and Head Office re anticipated annual output. Also siting of equipment changed by electrician from that agreed with agent. Otherwise follow up excellent to date and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have been impressed by the detailed information and advice we received from our first enquiry up to the purchase. The installation was completed a few days ago without issue and the system is performing well so far. We have 12 panels and battery storage. We are not on the new tariff yet as we are waiting for further paperwork (not from project solar). Looking forward to everything working 100% when we get on the new tariff.

Our whole experience with Project Solar UK has been a good one from our first contact to finishing our installation. Our surveyor, Brian was knowledgable and informative and was very happy to receive phone calls and answer questions after his visit. Having decided to go ahead we were contacted with all the information to keep us aware of what was happening, including numerous courtesy calls and emails. The fitters were first class, being on time, courteous and discussing any issues that we needed to know about. The quality of their work is excellent and we have been left with a perfectly working system which does not detract from the house aesthetically. Although not the cheapest company, their guarantees far exceed those of cheaper rivals and I would recommend them to anyone.
