Fantastic product….very quick delivery

It is rare these days to find a company who understand the true meaning of service. We enquired to have our roof and surrounding pathways and patios treated having used the Black Spot product, very much to our satisfaction, on a self-application basis in the past. The service started with a visit from a very polite representative who explained the whole process with absolutely no pressure to commit on the day. Measurements were taken and the quotation came within hours of him leaving. Two weeks later a polite follow up resulted in our making a booking. The booking was sometime later, so we were pleased to receive a reminder that the day was approaching. We received clear information on what the plan of action was and what to expect when the treatment was being applied. One little touch, which showed great attention to detail, was a text each morning of the 5 days they were here, advising us the team were just 4 minutes away. I believe this is a family business and I was delighted to see the same person who came to measure up arrived to undertake the treatment with a most polite and informative colleague. I believe he was a member of the owning family. When it comes to restoring the pristine appearance of surfaces affected by moss, grime and particularly blackspot, I can confirm this company sets a new benchmark for excellence. The condition of our roof and patios was a particularly challenging project—a roof badly infested with moss and covered in black spot stains and lichen due to our being surrounded by trees—The results were nothing short of extraordinary. The team was not only highly knowledgeable but also courteous and attentive, ensuring that every detail of the process was clearly communicated. Their polite and professional demeanour made what could have been a stressful undertaking seamless and stress-free. The operatives demonstrated exceptional skill and efficiency, employing advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to remove years of accumulated moss. Delivered within a week, works well. Best done in summer as rainy autums and winters prevent use, as stone has to be dry in order not to be diluted, which neutralises it.

Very effective product on very established black spot

Patio Black Spot Remover is like magic…you can literally see it working straight away. There’s nothing like it. You might think it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it. Better than spending money on inferior products that don’t work.

Used last Spring, I was amazed how well this worked. The artificial stone paving looked as good as new. This is expensive but worth every penny,.

Good product and good service

I had my back garden patio with original yorkstones cleaned with the Black Spot Patio company. The workmen were very courteous thorough and efficient. The stones now look as good as new. The office staff were also very helpful and fair as I had overestimated the square footage and I was charged for the actual correct size. I really appreciated this.

We are very pleased with the result. The company did the clean. They came at 1030 and had finished by 3.30. They offered to clean the wall edging the drive by the pavement. The slabs are 15 years old but they look good as new. You have to reclean once a year to keep the lichen from returning. I think now I’ve seen how to do it I will do the re clean myself. If you have black marks of lichen on your drive I would highly recommend this company to clear it.

Except product works really good second application brings slabs up like new.
