Does what it says on the tin! Expensive but does the job. Keep off the plants.

I initially purchased 8 litres of blackspot remover direct. I had three areas to cover and after the first two I found I needed a further 4 litres. I purchased this from a local garden centre of the same product. On using this I found that it was not as effective as the product supplied direct. By contact with the company it appears what purchased elsewhere was old stock that deteriorates with age. So my advice is buy direct. The company helped me in overcoming the problem. I must say that the product is very effective and would recommend its use.

I’m not sure what everyone else has been using, but I can honestly say this product is just a hugely expensive bottle of bleach which definitely does not remove black spots from Indian sandstone. I followed the instructions to the letter and the result was no better than if I spent the same time with just a pressure washer. I even did a test with half a stone with black spot remover and half untreated….no difference at all. The stock response from the company states that in 14years, they have never found a patio they can’t remove black spots from….they clearly have not started with aged sandstone! A complete waste of time, money and effort. I am sorely disappointed.

Transformed dark green slippery dangerous patio into fresh new looking Indian stone. Lifted York stone patio beautifully in very natural way. Good to avoid pressure washing grouting away.

Twenty years of Black Spot are slowly but surely disappearing. A few applications will be needed and this will be expensive but it will be worth it. It would be useful If larger quantities were available to purchase maybe 8 or 10 litres.

Patio Black Spot arrived in time specified and does exactly what it says it will do. Its brilliant, but be careful not to get any on your clothes or shoes as they will be marked, yes I know I should have worn my wellies and old trousers that don't matter, oh well lesson learnt. Thank you for a first class product, I will not hesitate to recommend it.

This is brilliant stuff. Didn’t use quite enough last year so had to retreat, my fault not product. No more black spot, patio (natural sand stone) looks new again. Will buy the annual top up next year. Highly recommend this product. Used close to plants with no ill effect, kept spray way as much as possible but plants seem fine. Will bleach your clothing lol.

Certainly didn't eliminate the rust stains from fertilizer overspray on concrete slabs. Lightened them, but they are still there! Not much more effective than neat white vinegar! Wouldn't buy again.
