Really does an excellent job clearing the dark stains from the stone footpath. Although it is rather expensive.

This product does not remove lichens from patios, and in our case, has left our granite paving with large black "shadows" which we cannot get off, even with jet washing multiple times.

I applied your patio black spot remover this past weekend and I was suitably impressed with the results. However I do have the following criticisms:- 1. There is no information on the chemicals present in your product. This is totally unacceptable for health and safety issues. 2. It does say, on the container, that this product is perfectly safe wrt the garden. What it does not say is that you need to avoid getting any of the product on your clothing. One other review highlighted this fact as they had ruined a pair of trousers. I managed to bleach a pair of jeans just rinsing and brushing off the surplus liquid after the two hours ageing period. Is there any bleach in the product? 3. The claim that a 4 litre pack is sufficient to clean up to 20m2 is a gross exaggeration. On that basis I ordered 2x 4 litres and will probably need more like 6 packs. Overall I am happy with the product as it is highly effective. I forgot to add that the grass bordering some steps has been bleached. I can send you a photo if you need to see it?

Very powerful cleaner. However, do heed the advice about protective apparel, I managed to ruin a pair of trousers as a result of splash back from the paving. Obviously I should have pointed the spray away from me rather than directly above, and also reduced the spray velocity. Clear advice on spraying technique is vital

Very impressive, our old brick patio was transformed in minutes. Probably best to wear a mask, during application. Quite expensive, but worth it and Biodegradable ! I’ve recommended it to friends

Amazing results, especially on older stone. Found this company to be exceptional. We wanted their professional team to renew our travertine patio areas and associated walls as their comprehensive guarantee was attractive and it was a very large area to cover. The two gentlemen that arrived were polite, friendly and completed the work with care and enthusiasm. The results were outstanding and the old stone which was black in most places was restored to it's first laid glory. They took care to protect any plants overhanging the walls and cleared up everything afterwards. Really impressed with the product, service and company as a whole and intend to purchase the 'preventer' annually so as to keep the stonework gleaming. I cannot recommend this lovely company highly enough!
