Hallo, ich benutze WorldRemit seit Jahren dreimal monatlich und war immer zufrieden. In letzter Zeit gibt es nur noch Probleme, Zahlungen gehen nicht durch, es wird auf falsche Bankverbindungen zugegriffen usw. Ich werde den Anbieter wechseln.

This is my 12th year of using WorldDemit and I must admit I have always had a great experience with transfers. It's always seamless with now issues. Transfer time has gotten faster over the years, now it's within minutes that transfers get completed. I like the regular updates as it keeps one in the loop. Exchange rates are very good but variable. I will recommend

Edited: All sorted. I’m happy to report that my concerns were addressed and completed. Thank you. Awful company. I’ve had a very bad experience with them. My dad urgently needed the funds. I sent them using world remit and it’s been many days already however my transaction is still pending, it was never sent but took my money out from my bank. I don’t know where my money is now but I used a different company which is the tap tap send. I now sent double. Contacted their customer services but it looks like they don’t know what to do. Read reviews first before using this company.

La app es muy buena, pero No hay un chat de ayuda al cliente, hay 56 numeros de telefono pero no hay un chat estamos en el 2025 nadie usa # de telefono.

The service was very fast. But the last 3 months your application did not work. Only message was sorry technical difficulties try later. So I’ve been using Xoom. Hope your service is now back to normal.

Excellent. but in europe account statements of what we have sent money to my mother country to myfamily to tax deduction so most of the people depends on revolut here can u pls devlop option like that thank you

Fast, reliable and has a variety of options to receive. However 1. Can we have an option to send to SELF because sometimes you travel back home but can't use your money because you cant send to yourself. 2. Can you please increase daily limit to R10,000
