Italy | 25 April 2024The first thing I want to say is that delivery was prompt and professional. Regarding the bottle. I bought this for my brother as a present with an idea that if he found a benefit I would also purchase one for myself. I have been diagnosed with MS two years ago and I am always looking for things to help. My brother has been using it for the last near three weeks and he told me that he cannot say for certain if it is helping him feel better or not. The only benefit that he sees is that he is drinking more water, which cannot be a bad thing. However I have not purchased one as they are not a cheap investment for just a water bottle. I will ask him again in another few weeks and then make my mind up to purchase one or not. I truly hope he sees a benefit as I would love to get one and also see a benefit form my MS as from what Ionbottles say about their bottles it would be perfect as MS is a ìn inflammatory illness and reduces energy etc. So I really hope that he comes back and tells me yers go buy one.

United States | 25 April 2024Great customer service, I dropped and broke my water bottle 3 weeks after having it. I contacted customer service to see if it was covered under warranty and it wasn’t but they went ahead and shipped me a new bottle anyways. That is how you keep customers coming back!

United States | 23 April 2024First let me say that living in Hawai'i is both a blessing and a curse (when it comes to shipping) at times. I was charged $25 in shipping (I should've bought through Amazon). It took awhile to ship IMO. Once it did ship per the email IonBottles sent me, apparently 5 days passed before Ion actually delivered my package to USPS. Almost one month goes by and even to Hawai'i that's far tooooo long let alone when I paid $25 for shipping. I reached out asking for an update and was told it's coming within the preset time promised. What was that promised time I asked? I sought a refund or in fairness, a refund of the cost over what it actually cost them to ship it to me in Hawai'i as I know without a doubt, this company did NOT pay $25 to ship this 1 travel bottle to me. I was told in response that they do not make a profit off shipping (which means they paid $25 themselves which I highly doubt and would love to see their USPS shipping statement). USPS tracking showed me only "arriving late" and it basically went MIA for several weeks. This happens, I know USPS is overworked and understaffed. Everyone is. However, here is my issue: when I pay $25 for shipping for one small bottle, I expect that cost (if it truly is only cost and no profit) that bottle should have arrived within 3-5 business days at the latest. I can get fresh crab from the East Coast within 36 hours! Well my friends, almost 1 month later the bottle finally arrives and talk about lame (weak sauce as we say here). The bottle was in a small cardboard box and then in a lame plastic bag that was not protected, even amazon protects glass better. It was packaged like an Etsy purchase from someone working from home (more power to them) but not from a larger company charging the consumer $25. Ion refused to refund the shipping and once we save how it was packaged for shipping my husband and I cracked up laughing that all of that allegedly cost Ion $25. I call BS and I can be a sucker of a customer paying higher shipping costs to Hawai'i but as an attorney, I'm not that dumb. 'A'ole Ion you got me but that will never happen again. For those of you lucky enough to live in the contiguous 48 state (mainland) enjoy and appreciate your lack of shipping woes. For me and anyone in Hawai'i (we are Big Island) that is consider shipping directly from Ion, don't do you... pilau shipping costs for what you get and I know Ion made a profit of my $25. Some shame IMO. Aloha! I told my husband you better enjoy that fancy water cause even though I intended to buy myself one too... not now and not from them.

Ion Bottle backs their product and has EXCELLENT customer service to address issues with the product making sure you have a functional bottle.

United States | 18 April 2024I had an electrical issue with my bottle within 30 days of owning it. I send a message to them and I had a response in a few hours. A new bottle is being delivered to me with no hassle. I’m covering the freight and I think that’s fair. I didn’t know you can’t use any USB cable you wish. You must use the cable that ships with the bottle.

They were right on it and sent out the replacement the very next day. Absolutely recommend ionbottles and the people who stand behind their products.

It’s a shame and worse off people actually work for them and carry their faulty claims and stand behind it…. Don’t get fooled from this so called brand of knockoff garbage.
