Replacement glass is subpar. 1st replacement was irregular. 2nd glass wasn’t much better. Independent companies suggest the original bottle is made for 20 many other companies so quality is questionable. Another Independent study suggests the levels of hydrogen may not be as high as the company says. So in other words, I’d suggest spending more money on a much higher quality bottle company that is fact checked by independent companies. Shipping time is also horrible.

Staff was more than helpful with replacing my bottle. They kept apologizing for something that was not even within their control. No questions asked they processed the replacement bottle and shipped it as fast as possible. They went above and beyond and made the experience extremely easy for me. Very happy with this company.

Been using the White Ion Bottle since February and love it! I carry it everywhere and it's really a very well thought out product. Having it with me on my desk at work, at the gym, in the car, or on the counter at home it a great reminder to drink my water and it's easy to maintain. It shipped quickly and Sherwin in customer service was amazing and addressed my issues quickly and with care. I highly recommend this product. :-)

I've been using my Ion Pro bottle now for about two weeks, and love it!! The self-cleaning mode is extremely useful but I also am very impressed with the inhaler tube as I have lung issues. The customer service from IonBottles is honestly second to none and I was very impressed with their service from the moment I placed the order and received a 'welcome' email. Highly recommend this product.

I had a problem with the hydrogen infusing bottle leaking. After trying a few remedies the problem was not corrected so I requested a full refund which was honored. I am satisfied that this company is legitimate but I would suggest they test their products before shipping.

When I ordered this bottle, I knew it was from a young company, but trusted the reviews they had on their website from happy purchases. When I received the pitcher, it was inoperable. I sent a request for assistance in a replacement or at least instructions on how to repair, and Franz immediately sent a new pitcher, No questions asked. I will submit another review once I receive an operable bottle, but my initial reaction is their customer service is excellent, And they appear to be a young company that is thriving to do the right thing

I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one

Bottle is verry good, and I saw impact while using it, anyways my bottle died after 2 months of using it, I sent them an explanied everything what happend, happily they sent me a new one, ❤️
