Good product, shipping mediocre, also the BOGO doesn't work and they won't help me with it. Ugh. Product works well and that is a big plus. I do like it. The shipping wasn't the best experience as the product arrived two days after it was supposedly delivered. I've been trying to use the advertised BOGO50 offer since I bought the first one and the code never works. I have an inquiry into the company but no results yet. I'm hopeful that they will respond and help me with the BOGO offer they advertise but that is not yet the case. **UPDATE** After communicating with Franz in customer service, he was able to help me with both shipping and getting my BOGO50 offer. So, in the end, customer service came through. Apprecaite the help Franz!!

I have tried daily for weeks and still can't drink this water. It tastes and smells like very stong chlorine.

I understand things happen, stuff breaks I really appreciate the timely response and great experience took very little effort to get a new bottle sent out to me. Customer service went out of their way to help me order a second bottle at 50% off. I wanted to wait and check the quality before I ordered a second bottle which they are sending to my nephew who is battling cancer. The quality of the bottle is excellent and I’m really pleased with the results.

Service not responsive. I contacted them about the device leaking after only having it for five days. They have not responded nor have they refunded or better yet replaced the item.

I tried a couple of cheaper bottles from China but when I tested the water there was chlorine found. I wanted a bottle made in the USA so I purchased a Pro model from Ionbottles. No chlorine and tasted great! I had some questions for the team that they answered quickly each time. The water gave me much energy prior to my workouts! I then purchased a jug for myself and one as a gift for my son. Haven't had a chance to use it but no chlorine was found which was good. The jug is quite different than the pro model and I hope it becomes my go to when I'm away from my home. Thank you Ionbottles!!

I ordered an ion bottle after my friend introduced me to this technology. Unfortunately after arriving on a flight the other day I dropped it on the concrete outside the airport and it finally broke that was about the fifth time I dropped the bottle. So its durability is pretty high. Of course, I had to order another cylinder, but I accidentally put the wrong address in the order. I quickly reached out to customer service and they were very fast with their response and I got the address changed. Very happy with the customer service and the product.

The bad news... I'm now on my third ion bottle in a matter of 4 months as I've had issues with the batteries malfunctioning. I'm not sure if there was just a bad batch, or I just have bad luck. However, here is the reason I've stuck with ion bottles and something that doesn't happen a lot these days..... The good news is that Ion bottles customer service is second to none. They have fully rectified the situation right away and without a giant headache. Their response is very timely and they truly value their customers.
